JuJu Smith-Schuster had 9 receptions, 143 receiving yards, 122 kickoff yards, 265 total yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 1 kickoff return for a touchdown, and 2 total touchdowns. JuJu was the man today and Cleveland passed on JuJu three times in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Green Bay Packers 7-9-0
Detroit Lions 9-7-0

Game Recap: DETROIT-This was Jim Caldwell's final game with the Detroit Lions. The team announced that they would terminate him after the regular season prior to the start of this game.

Detroit won this game 35-11. Matthew Stafford dominated today going 20/29 with 323 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. Stafford also became the fastest quarterback to reach 3,000 completions in NFL History. Stafford had his seventh consecutive season with 4,000 passing yards. With one more season of 4,0000 passing yards, Stafford can jump both Boomer Esiason and Donovan McNabb in career passing yards in 2018. Stafford is now 30th all time in career passing yards, but with another 4,000 yard season, Stafford would surpass Joe Flacco in passing yards and would be ranked as high as 21st in career passing yards.

Houston Texans 4-12-0
Indianapolis Colts 4-12-0

Game Recap: INDIANAPOLIS-Both of these AFC South franchises have a lot of questions heading into the offseason. Indianapolis had a chance to sweep Houston and win one more for Chuck Pagano.

Frank Gore got 100 rushing yards. He became the fifth running back in NFL History with 14,000 career rushing yards. Indianapolis won this game 22-13. Colts swept Houston to ensure that Cleveland has two top 5 draft picks as both Houston and Indianapolis go 4-12.

Chicago Bears 5-11-0
Minnesota Vikings 13-3-0

Latavius Murray had 20 carries, 111 rushing yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns. Murray was a big reason why Minnesota was able to go 13-3 and secure the number two seed in the NFC.

New York Jets 5-11-0
New England Patriots 13-3-0

Game Recap: NEW ENGLAND-Tom Brady has 195 career regular season wins. He had a chance to get career win 196 in the regular season.

Quarterback Tom Brady went 18/37 190 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. James Harrison had 2 sacks and displayed much better coverage in his Patriots debut. Brady has been campaigning for his left tackle Nate Solder to win the Walter Payton Man Of The Year Award for this season as well. Home field in the AFC goes through New England once again.

New York on the other hand disappointed me. Bryce Petty was terrible as usual and New York hasn't even experimented with Hackenberg yet which shows that yes Hackenberg has two years of development, but is nothing more than a backup at this point.

Washington Redskins 7-9-0
New York Giants 3-13-0

Game Recap: NEW YORK-Washington faced New York in what may be the final meeting between Kirk Cousins and Eli Manning. This game saw Chad Wheeler former USC left tackle make his debut at left tackle. You also saw new GM Dave Gettleman also insert rookie Adam Bisnowaty at right tackle.

Dallas Cowboys 9-7-0
Philadelphia Eagles 13-3-0

This game was scoreless for three quarters. Brice Butler got the only touchdown in the fourth quarter with Dallas winning 6-0 to finish the year 9-7 missing the playoffs while Philadelphia still has home field in the NFC secured from Christmas Day.

Carolina Panthers 11-5-0
Atlanta Falcons 10-6-0

Game Recap: ATLANTA-Atlanta had a chance to return to the playoffs. Carolina had a chance to play spoiler. This is Atlanta's first game since week 2 with Jake Matthews at left tackle, Ryan Schraeder at right tackle, and Andy Levitre at left guard.

Atlanta got the ball to start this game. Matt Ryan had 3 critical first down completions with big plays to Julio Jones and Mohamed Sanu which set up a Matt Ryan passing touchdown to Devonta Freeman. Atlanta led 7-0.

Cam Newton began this game 0/4 on third down conversions. Then Newton put together a long drive that lasted 8 minutes and 25 seconds. Cam Newton ran for a first down. Cam Newton threw an interception to Keanu Neal. Matt Bryant kicked one more field goal. Atlanta won 22-10.

Desmond Trufant did an awesome job in coverage which is why he was my player of the game for Atlanta. Not noly did Trufant dominate, but the enitre secondary including Robert Alford, at boundary cornerback, Keanu Neal at strong safety, and Ricardo Allen at free safety dominated in this game.

Cincinnati Bengals 7-9-0
Baltimore Ravens 9-7-0

Game Recap: BALTIMORE-Baltimore could clinch the 5 seed in the AFC with a win. Cincinnati wanted to help Marvin Lewis win his final game as the head coach.

Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard both did a great job running for first downs. A pass interference penalty by Brandon Carr set up a first and goal situation for Cincinnati. Andy Dalton threw a touchdown pass to Tyler Kroft. Cincinnati led 7-0 after one quarter of play. Cincinnati had the ball for 10 minutes and 45 seconds. Baltimore went 0/3 on third down conversions in the first quarter.

Cincinnati led 14-3. Cincinnati kicked a field goal and led 17-3. Baltimore had a great return and Flacco threw a touchdown on the first play of that drive. Cincinnati led 17-10 at halftime. Baltimore was 0/8 on third down conversions in the first half despite only trailing by a touchdown. Cincinnati had the ball for 10 minutes and 10 seconds in the second quarter.

Joe Flacco got the ball to start the second half. Flacco came out confident following that touchdown in the first half 5/5 on his first five completions to start the second half. Then Flacco threw a pick 6 to Darqueze Dennard. Dennard's interception gave Cincinnati a 24-10 lead.

Javarious Allen finally got the first third down conversion for Baltimore on third and two. Alex Collins ran for a rushing touchdown on fourth down. Cincinnati led 24-17 after three quarters of play.

Baltimore played a lot better in the fourth quarter. The reason Cincinnati won was because of a fourth and twelve play where Andy Daltn threw a 49-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Boyd. Cincinnati won 31-27 thanks to that big play. Andy Dalton was the reason Cincinnati won this game. Dalton went 23/44 with 222 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Jacksonville Jaguars 10-6-0
Tennessee Titans 9-7-0

Game Recap: TENNESSEE-Jacksonville already locked up the 3 seed in the AFC. They had the chance to keep Tennessee out of the playoffs though.

Neither team scored in the first quarter. Marcus Mariota threw a touchdown pass to Derrick Henry. The extra point was blocked. Tennessee led 6-0.

Jacksonville got a field goal. That made it a 6-3 game. Ryan Succop ended the first half with two field goals. Tennessee led 12-3 at halftime despite going 0/4 on third down conversions in the second quarter.

Tennessee got a field goal and led 15-3 after three quarters of play. Their defense did a great job throughout this game. Tennessee won 15-10. Marcus Mariota went 12/21 with 134 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, and no interceptions. Mariota also led the Titans with 60 rushing yards. Mariota didn't have a standout game, but he managed the game well and avoided turnovers doing his part to sweep Jacksonville.

The top 5 seeds in the AFC are set after ten recaps. New England has home field, Pittsburgh has a first round bye, Jacksonville has the 3 seed, Kansas City has the 4 seed, and Tennessee has the 5 seed as they will head to Kansas City on Saturday to take on the Chiefs. Back in the preseason, New England was my projected one seed, Pittsburgh was my projected 2 seed, Kansas City was my projected 4 seed, and Tennssee was my projected 5 seed. I had the Colts as my AFC South winner before the Luck injury because I thought that was a smokescreen and I had the Raiders going 9-7 getting the second wild card.

New Orleans Saints 11-5-0
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 5-11-0

Game Recap: TAMPA BAY-New Orleans was hoping to clinch the NFC South. They did end up doing that before this game ended. Tampa Bay was hoping to avoid getting swept by NFC South opponents in 2017.

Peyton Barber got 27 of his 71 rushing yards and his only rushing touchdown of the game on Tampa Bay's oepning drive. Barber did a great job running the footall early in this contest when you consider Tampa Bay had Winston and Evans as the only star players in their starting lineup.

Alvin Kamara returned a kickoff for a touchdown. That tied the game at 7.

Peyton Barber began the drive with a fumble that Tampa Bay recovered. Jameis Winston had back-to-back third down conversions on eon the ground for a 17-yard gain and one through the air which was a 15-yard strike to Adam Humphries. Winston threw an interception to rookie Marcus Williams.

Alvin Kamara had four consecutive carries on the next drive for the Saints. That interception by Williams set up a rushing touchdown for Kamara. New Orleans led 14-7 after one quarter of play. Both offenses dominated on third down conversions in the first quarter. New Orleans went 1/1 on third down conversions. Tampa Bay was the only team in the NFL this season to begin a quarter 6/6 on third down conversions.

Doug Martin's three yard loss on third down for Tampa Bay ended their third down conversion streak. Tampa Bay punted it and made a defensive stop. Jameis Winston got a rushing touchdown on his next drive. Tampa Bay missed the extra point. New Orleans led 14-13. Winston threw a second pick later in the second quarter and the score remained 14-13 at halftime. New Orleans went 0/3 on third down conversions. Tampa Bay went 4/5 on third down conversions in the second quarter. Tampa Bay went 10/11 on third down conversions in the first half which was the best third down conversion percentage for any NFL team all season in the first half.

Tampa Bay sacked New Orleans on third down to end their drive. Then Jameis Winston threw a 43-yard pass to Adam Humphries on third down to improve Tampa Bay to 11/12 on third down conversions. Marcus Williams picked off Winston again on Tampa Bay's next third down conversion attempt. Tampa Bay still 11/13 on third down conversions in this game.

Drew Brees 40-yard completion to Alvin Kamara put the Saints in field goal range. New Orleans led 17-13 after three quarters of play.

New Orleans made a stop as Von Bell sacked Jameis Winston on third down. Tampa Bay recovered a punt for a touchdown. Tampa Bay led 20-17.

New Orleans bounced back as Drew Brees threw a touchdown to make it a 24-20 game. Tampa Bay had to settle for a field goal. New Orleans still led 24-23.

Jameis Winston threw the game-winning touchdown to Chris Godwin. Tampa Bay got the two point conversion and won 31-24. Chris Godwin was easily my player of the game. Godwin wasn't even in Tampa Bay's starting lineup with DeSean Jackson yet he balled out and had 7 receptions, 111 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown. Godwin needs to start for Tampa Bay next year the fact that he's still on the bench is kind of inexcusable. With New Orleans losing the NFC is set. Philadelphia has home field, Minnesota has a first round bye, the Rams are the 3 seed, New Orleans is the 4 seed, Carolina is the 5 seeed, and Atlanta is the 6 seed.

Buffalo Bills 9-7-0
Miami Dolphins 6-10-0

Game Recap: MIAMI-Buffalo gets the final wild card with a win. With Miami winning the Ravens get the final wild card at 9-7.

The only first quarter score involved a touchdown pass from Tyrod Taylor to Nick O'Leary. Buffalo led 7-0 after one quarter. Jay Cutler got pulled after one series. Buffalo got a field goal in the second quarter. Buffalo led 10-0 at halftime.

Buffalo got the ball to start the second half. They got a field goal on their opening drive. Buffalo led 13-0. Buffalo took a 19-0 lead before missing an extra point. Miami got a field goal. That didn't matter. With David Fales playing Miami couldn't execute offensively. Buffalo won 22-16. Fales threw a game-winning interception for Buffalo. Tyrod Taylor was my player of the game. He stepped up and avoided turnovers without LeSean McCoy or Cordy Glenn as the teams left tackle. Dion Dawkins did good at left tackle, but right tackle Jordan Mills got injured and now Buffalo may have to bring someone in at right tackle for their wild card game with Jacksonville.

Oakland Raiders 6-10-0
Los Angeles Chargers 9-7-0

Game Recap: LOS ANGELES-Los Angeles had a chance to sweep the Raiders. Oakland's season is pretty much over regardless.

Los Angeles won 30-10. Philip Rivers went 28/37 with 387 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. Oakland is expected to replace Jack Del Rio with Jon Gruden plus the Raiders are also expected to release Michael Crabtree at the end of the year so Oakland may end up with a receiver now.

Kansas City Chiefs 10-6-0
Denver Broncos 5-11-0

Game Recap: DENVER-Patrick Mahomes made his first start for Kansas City. He faced Paxton Lynch coming off an injury.

Kansas City won 27-24. Mahomes orchestrated his first career game-winning drive tied with Denver at 24-24. Mahomes mady not have thrown a touchdown, but he won the game and made a ton of incredible throws throughout this game which makes me believe his future is bright since he made those throws to second team receivers. Mahomes went 22/35 with 284 passing yards in his debut. Kansas City rested Kareem Hunt, Tyreek Hill, and Travis Kelce for the wild card game so its scary to think of what Mahomes could do with those guys.

San Francisco 49ers 6-10-0
Los Angeles Rams 11-5-0

Game Recap: LOS ANGELES-Jimmy Garoppolo is 6-0 as a starter if you count his starts during Tom Brady's suspension. With a win today, he'd improve to 7-0 as a starter. Sean Mannion got his first career start with the Rams.

San Francisco won this game 34-13. Garoppolo is now 7-0 as a starter. The scary thing with the 49ers is Garoppolo may get the 49ers the NFC West next year if he continues to play well. Coaches will have an entire offseason to game plan around him so we'll see what happens.

Arizona Cardinals 8-8-0
Seattle Seahawks 9-7-0

Game Recap: SEATTLE-Arizona wanted to win one more game for Bruce Arians. Seattle was hoping to get the final wild card.

Atlanta won their game before this one ended meaning Seattle was eliminated. Arizona won 26-24 and won with Arians retiring following this game. Chandler Jones had 17.5 sacks with Arizona.
