Denver Broncos 1-3-0
New York Jets 0-4-0

Game Recap: NEW YORK-Both of these teams were trying to avoid an 0-4 start. Correction, both teams were trying to win a game so they can keep their jobs and avoid Trevor Lawrence. Adam Gase is pretty much guaranteed to lose his job if he loses to this Denver Broncos team that is depleted with injuries.

New York got the ball to start the game. Quarterback Sam Darnold went 1/1 on his first throw with a completion for 10 passing yards. Left tackle Chuma Edoga got injured when filling in at left tackle for an injured Mekhi Becton. Not having George Fant at right tackle also hindered the offensive line. Sam Darnold got a rushing touchdown. Justin Simmons did a poor job, and Darnold did a heck of a job.

Denver got a field goal. Mekhi Becton got injured on the next drive with a back shoulder injury as he kept grabbing his left shoulder. New York lost Chuma Edoga and Mehki Becton to injuries after George Fant got injured in the week 2 game. Sam Darnold even got injured in the first quarter, left, and returned in the second quarter.

Despite all these set backs in the first quarter, the New York Jets kept their lead. New York led 7-3 after one quarter of play.

The second quarter began with some flags. Multiple flags? Yep, both flags were against the Jets.

Brett Rypien threw a 48-yard touchdown pass to Jerry Jeudy. The rookie receiver out of Alabama carved Pierre Desir before snagging his first career NFL touchdown. Denver led 10-7. Brett Rypien began this game 6/6 with 81 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, and no interceptions.

Denver held New York to a three and out. Denver got the ball back, but the drive was short after Pierre Desir picked off a pass. It was initially ruled an incomplete pass, but the call got overturned.

New York managed to capitalize off of that drive. New York had an 11-play 41-yard drive that took up 4 minutes and 44 seconds. New York got a field goal to tie this game at 10-10.

Denver had a 9-play 80-yard drive that took up 4 minutes and 44 seconds to counter the Jets 4 minute and 44 second drive. Melvin Gordon was initially ruled down at the 1-yard line. Gordon got a rushing touchdown as the call was reversed. Denver led 17-10.

New York got a field goal. Denver led 17-13 at halftime.

Denver got a three and out on their first drive in the second half. New York had the ball for 2 minutes and managed to get a field goal. Denver led 17-16.

Denver got another opportunity to score with the ball on their own 25-yard line. Denver put together a 13-play 75-yard drive that took up 6 minutes and 52 seconds. Brett Rypien threw a touchdown pass to Tim Patrick. Denver led 24-16 after three quarters of play.

New York made a critical third down stop. Brandon McMannus made a field goal on fourth and two. Denver led 27-16.

Sam Darnold opened up this drive with a huge completion to Jameson Crowder. Darnold threw another first down to Smith. Denver adjusted defensively and made the stop. Denver led 27-19 after the Jets got a field goal.

Brett Rypien threw a pick six to Pierre Desir. The New York Jets attempted to tie this game on a two point conversion. The two point conversion was no good. Brett Rypien threw another interception to Brian Poole. New York got a field goal off of that drive.

Denver put together a 9-play 35-yard drive from their own 25-yard line that took up 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Denver got a field goal to take a 30-28 lead. Melvin Gordon got a rushing touchdown following Denver's defensive stop. Denver won 37-28.

Running back Melvin Gordon was my player of the game. Melvin Gordon had 23 carries, 107 rushing yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns.

Baltimore Ravens 3-1-0
Washington Football Team 1-3-0

Game Recap: WASHINGTON-Baltimore headed to our Nations Capital to take on the Football Team after their Monday Night loss to Kansas City.

Baltimore won this game 31-17. Head coach Ron Rivera, offensive coordinator Scott Turner, quarterbacks coach Ken Zampese, and offensive line coach John Metsko cornered Haskins after the Cleveland game last week like the Sopranos threating to bench Haskins with another poor game.

Apparently, that worked. Dwayne Haskins threw for over 300 passing yards and avoided turnovers. He did better against Baltimore than Baker Mayfield.

Patrick Queen had 9 solo tackles, 3 assisted tackles, 12 total tackles, and 3 tackles for a loss. Queen did well enough as a rookie to win this game for Baltimore. His struggled on some running plays and struggled dropping back into coverage. Queen had the best overall performance of anyone on the Baltimore Ravens.

Los Angeles Chargers 1-3-0
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 3-1-0

Game Recap: TAMPA BAY-Justin Herbert got his third consecutive start. He faced Tom Brady.

Tom Brady got the ball at Tampa Bay's 25-yard line. Tom Brady put together a 10-play 75-yard drive that took up 5 minutes. Tom Brady capped off the drive with a touchdown pass to tight end Cameron Brate. Tampa Bay led 7-0.

Justin Herbert threw a touchdown to tie this game at 7-7. Tom Brady threw a pick 6 on the next drive. Los Angeles pressured Tom Brady on third down and made a defensive stop. Los Angeles led 14-7 after one quarter of play.

Justin Herbert threw a touchdown pass. The Tampa Bay Buccanneers missed their field goal. The Chargers got their field goal. Los Angeles led this game 24-7 at one point in the second quarter.

The Chargers recovered a fumble. Tampa Bay got the ball back. Tom Brady threw a touchdown pass to Mike Evans. Los Angeles led 24-14 at halftime.

Tampa Bay made a great defensive stop forcing a three and out on their first series. Tom Brady began this drive at the Tampa Bay 31-yard line following the punt. Tom Brady put together an 8-play 69-yard drive that took up 4 minutes and 28 seconds before Tom Brady threw a touchdown pass to tight end O.J. Howard. Los Angeles led 24-21.

Los Angeles had an 11-play 61-yard drive that took up 6 minutes and 42 seconds. Los Angeles missed a field goal.

Tom Brady and Justin Herbert had touchdown passes on their final two drives in the third quarter. Los Angeles led 31-28 after three quarters of play.

Tom Brady threw a touchdown pass to Ke'Shawn Vaughn. The rookie out of Vanderbilt who I saw in Mobile got his first career receiving touchdown. Tampa Bay led 35-28.

Tampa Bay forced a three and out. Tom Brady had a 12-play 72-yard drive that took up 6 minutes and 5 seconds of play. Tampa Bay got a field goal.

Carlton Davis with the interception. Tampa Bay won 38-31. Davis limited Keenan Allen to 8 receptions for 62 receiving yards while keeping him out of the end zone. Davis continues to do well after his 19 deflection season in 2019.

Both quarterbacks balled out. One was going to win my player of the game award. Justin Herbert went 20/25 with 290 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and 1 interception. Tom Brady went 30/46 with 369 passing yards, 5 passing touchdowns, and 1 interception.

Seattle Seahawks 4-0-0
Miami Dolphins 1-3-0

Game Recap: MIAMI-Seattle had a chance to start 4-0. Russell Wilson is considered the front runner to win MVP after a strong September.

Seattle won 31-23 and led the enitre game once they got a touchdown early in the first quarter. My player of the game was running back Chris Carson. Chris Carson had 16 carries, 80 rushing yards, 3 receptions, 20 receiving yards, 100 total yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns in the win against the Miami Dolphins.

Minnesota Vikings 1-3-0
Houston Texans 0-4-0

Game Recap: HOUSTON-Both of these teams were 0-3. The bigger question is who would start 0-4.

Minnesota, like Seattle led for the entire game once they scored their first points of this game. Minnesota won 31-23.

Dalvin Cook dominated this game and I was happy about that since Cook is on my fantasy team. I had Cook and Joe Mixon, but we'll get to Mixon later. Dalvin Cook had 27 carries, 130 rushing yards, and 2 rushing touchdowns. He also caught both of his targets as a receiver having 2 receptions for 16 receiving yards on 2 targets.

For Houston, they are now 0-4. Also Romeo Crennel is now interim head coach after Bill O'Brien got fired on Monday.

New Orleans Saints 2-2-0
Detroit Lions 1-3-0

Game Recap: DETROIT-Detroit got Desmond Trufant back. New Orleans did not have Marshon Lattimore or Janoris Jenkins at cornerback. Michael Thomas was also out in this game.

Detroit dominated this first quarter. De'Andre Swift and Kenny Golloday, who are also on my fantasy team with Cook scored early with touchdowns to give Detroit a 14-0 lead.

Latavius Murray got a rushing touchdown. Detroit led 14-7 after one quarter of play.

New Orleans went off in the second quarter. They outscored Detroit 21-0 in the second quarter to take a 28-14 lead heading into halftime.

New Orleans had a strong opening drive in the third quarter with the ball on their own 25-yard line. Drew Brees orchestrated a 10-play 75-yard drive that took up 6 minutes and 8 seconds. Latavius Murray got a rushing touchdown to give New Orleans a 35-14 lead.

New Orleans won this game 35-29. Matt Patricia said this team was a mess before he got there and Jim Caldwell went 9-7 before he got fired. It's time to get Patricia the fuck out of Motown.

Alvin Kamara was my player of the game with 19 carries, 83 rushing yards, 36 receiving yards, 119 total yards, and 1 rushing touchdown. Latavius Murray also had 2 rushing touchdowns. New Orleans had 42 carries, 164 rushing yards, and 3 rushing touchdowns in the win over Detroit.

Cleveland Browns 3-1-0
Dallas Cowboys 1-3-0

Game Recap: DALLAS-Calling this game an offensive shootout was an understatement. Both teams played well offensively.

Cleveland took a 7-0 lead. Dak Prescott threw a couple of passing touchdowns to CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper in the first quarter. Dallas led 14-7 after one quarter of play.

Cleveland just put together a very strong team win as they outscored Dallas 24-0 in the second quarter to lead 31-14 at halftime. They outscored Dallas 10-0 in the third quarter. Cleveland led 41-14 after three quarters of play.

Cleveland won this game 49-38. Not really a player of the game as much as it was an overall strong team win for the Cleveland Browns. Nick Chubb tore his MCL and is expected to miss 6 weeks. Nick Chubb is now the first running back to be player of the game in each of the Browns first three wins. Now Cleveland won't have him for the next six weeks.

Jacksonville Jaguars 1-3-0
Cincinnati Bengals 1-2-1

Game Recap: CINCINNATI-Gardner Minshew II has played well enough to keep his job. Joe Burrow is still looking for his first win.

Gardner Minshew II outplayed Joe Burrow in this game. Which means unless the Jaguars win the Trevor Lawrence sweepstakes, I doubt they go with a quarterback in the draft.

Cincinnati won 33-25. Joe Mixon dominated this game. Joe Mixon had 25 carries, 151 rushing yards, 6 receptions, 30 receiving yards, 31 touches, 181 total yards, 2 rushing touchdowns, 1 receiving touchdown, and 3 total touchdowns in the win over Jacksonville.

Indianapolis Colts 3-1-0
Chicago Bears 3-1-0

Game Recap: CHICAGO-Nick Foles made his first start. Chicago was 3-0 in games Mitchell Trubisky started before getting benched against Atlanta where Nick Foles rallied Chicago back for the win. This game also got pushed back to the afternoon thanks to the Steelers VS Titans game getting postponed.

Indianapolis won this game 19-11 in a defensive contest. Philip Rivers and this offensive line stepped up. The offensive line gets my player of the game award with left tackle Anthony Costanzo, left guard Quinton Nelson, center Ryan Kelly, right guard Mark Glowinski, and right tackle Braden Smith all stepping up.

Arizona Cardinals 2-2-0
Carolina Panthers 2-2-0

Game Recap: CAROLINA-Arizona needed to win this game to reboudn after losing to Detroit at home. Carolina hoped to improve to 2-0 without Christian McCaffrey.

Carolina led this game from start to finish and won 31-21. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was my player of the game. Teddy Bridgewater went 26/37 with 276 passing yards, 32 rushing yards, 308 total yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 1 rushing touchdown, 3 total touchdowns, and 1 interception.

New York Giants 0-4-0

Los Angeles led this game from start to finish and won 17-9. Quarterback Jared Goff went 23/36 with 200 passing yards, 1 passing touchdwon, and no interceptions. Goff was my player of the game.

Daniel Jones now has a turnover in sixteen of his first seventeen starts. A stat like that will make Jones replacable if the New York Giants win the Trevor Lawrence sweepstakes.

Buffalo Bills 4-0-0
Las Vegas Raiders 2-2-0

Game Recap: LAS VEGAS-Josh Allen headed to Vegas. He didn't have to worry about first round pick Damon Arnette. Derek Carr on the other hand had to worry about Josh Norman with him returning from his injury.

Buffalo led this game for the entire game once they got their first touchdown. Derek Carr had problems against the cornerback tandem of Tre'Davious White and Josh Norman.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was my player of the game ofr Buffalo for the fourth week in a row. Josh Allen went 24/34 with 288 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 1 rushing touchdown, 3 total touchdowns, and no interceptions in the win.

Nick Mullens threw a pick 6. Philadelphia led 25-14 after the pick 6.

C.J. Beathard came in. Philadelphia won 25-20 thanks to Rodney McLeod who had an interception and played well at strong safety.

New England Patriots 2-2-0
Kansas City Chiefs 4-0-0

Game Recap: KANSAS CITY-This game got pushed back a day due to Cam Newton testing positive for Covid-19. Brian Hoyer got the start.

Kansas City led for the entire game once they got a field goal. Kansas City won 26-10.

Patrick Mahomes played sloppy with a 44.9 Pro Football Focus grade his lowest of the season. Despite this, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback went 19/29 with 236 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. He had no fumbles thanks to a controversial call that caused Belichick to take off his Corona Virus mask and mark at the officials.

Kansas City on the other hand had 4 interceptions. Tyrann Mathieu had a pick 6 and was my player of the game as a result. This secondary did well. Juan Thornhill and Rashad Fenton also stepped up.

Atlanta Falcons 0-4-0
Green Bay Packers 4-0-0

Game Recap: GREEN BAY-A winless team heads to an undefeated team. This should be fun.

Green Bay led the entire game once they scored. Green Bay won 30-16.
