Chris Ransom Last Updated: December 2, 2020.

Houston Texans 4-7-0
Detroit Lions 4-7-0

Game Recap: DETROIT-Houston did not have David Johnson at running back or Randall Cobb at wide receiver. Detroit did not have D'Andre Swift at running back or Kenny Golladay at wide receiver. Romeo Crennell and Matt Patricia both defensive coordinators for Bill Belichick. Crennell won 3 rings as Belichick's defensive coordinator and Patricia won t2 rings as Belichick's defensive coordinator.

Houston avoided a three and out as Deshaun Watson threw a first down to Will Fuller on third down. Watson threw another first down to Brandin Cooks. Detroit sacked Deshaun Watson on third down courtesy of defensive end Everson Griffen and middle linebacker Jarrad Davis, Detroit's 2017 first round pick out of Florida.

Detroit began this game with a third down conversion of their own by throwing the ball to tight end T.J. Hockenson after Houston stopped Adrian Peterson twice. Stafford went back to Hockenson and Hockenson had 2 receptions on 2 targets for 61 receiving yards. Adrian Peterson got a rushing touchdown. Detroit led 7-0.

Deshaun Watson took off and ran. Watson got a first down. Detroit made a defensive stop.

Matthew Stafford threw an interception to J.J. Watt. Watt returned that interception for a pick 6. Houston missed the extra point. Detroit led 7-6.

Detroit had another turnover. Bradley Roby recovered the fumble.

Deshaun Watson with a 3-step drop and read three different progressions before throwing the first down. Watson displayed his high football IQ on that play. Watson threw a touchdown pass to running back C.J. Prosise. Houston led 13-7 after one quarter of play.

Detroit fumbled it again. Houston recovered the fumble. Detroit recovered the fumble.

Adrian Peterson ran it in for a touchdown. Detroit led 14-13.

Deshaun Watson threw a touchdown pass to running back Duke Johnson. Houston led 20-14.

Houston got a field goal. Houston led 23-14 at halftime.

Both teams traded field goals in the third quarter. Houston led 26-17 after three quarters of play.

Deshaun Watson threw a touchdown pass to Will Fuller. Houston led by 15, but decided to go for a two point conversion hoping to make it a 17 point lead. Houston called a timeout, but still went for two and got it. Houston led 34-17 in the fourth quarter.

Deshaun Watson went back to Will Fuller. Houston led 41-17.

Matthew Stafford threw a touchdown pass. Detroit got the two point conversion. Houston led 41-25. Houston won 41-25.

Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson was my player of the game going 17/25 with 318 passing yards, 4 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller had 6 receptions, 171 receiving yards, and 2 receiving touchdowns on 7 targets. J.J. Watt had the pick 6 for the Houston Texans on defense at 3-4 left end. Those two Texans earned honorable mentions even though Watson is the star of this game.

Washington Football Team 4-7-0
Dallas Cowboys 3-8-0

Game Recap: DALLAS-Washington headed to Dallas. Whoever won this game got control of first place in the nFC East.

Middle linebacker Leighton Vander Esch and defensive end Randy Gregory made big plays for the Dallas Cowboys defense on the opening play of the game.

Left tackle Cameron Erving and right tackle Zack Martin got injured. Martin usually plays right guard, but moved over to right tackle due to how depleted Dallas was. Dallas got a field goal on their opening drive.

Antonio Gibson got a rushing touchdown. Washington led 7-3 after one quarter of play.

Andy Dalton threw a touchdown pass to Amari Cooper. Dallas led 10-7.

The Washington Football Team got a field goal. That tied this game at 10-10.

Alex Smith threw a touchdown pass to tight end Logan Thomas. The former Utah quarterback connected with the former Virginia Tech quarterback. Washington led 17-10.

Dallas got a field goal. The Washington Football Team led 17-13 at halftime.

Dallas got the ball to start the second half. Ezekiel Elliott coughed up the football. Jonathan Allen recovered the football. Chase Young signalled to the official that Allen recovered the fumble.

Antonio Gibson ran with the football. He was tackled by Leighton Vander Esch. Washington got a field goal. The Washington Football Team led 20-13.

Andy Dalton threw a completion to Michael Gallup. Ezekiel Elliott ran for a first down on second and one. Dalton went back to Gallup. Gallup dropped the pass. Gallup ran a short route while cornerback Kendall Fuller played zone coverage. The cornerback tandem of Kendall Fuller and Fabian Moreau has done well enough to win the NFC East. Andy Dalton kept yelling Bahamas before being sacked by Da'Ron Payne on third down.

Terry McLaurin caught a first down. He made things easier for Alex Smith. Logan Thomas ran for a first down on a third down situation. Xavier Woods broke up a pass on second down to set up a third and ten. Jaylon Smith lined up at 4-3 right outside linebacker and intercepted Alex Smith. Terry McLaurin made the tackle to prevent the touchdown and pick 6 on the interception.

CeeDee Lamb dropped a pass on third down. The Dallas Cowboys kicked a field goal. Washington led 20-16.

Troy Aikman pointed out how the Redskins capitalized in the red zone. I was waiting to see if Aikman or Buck would call the Washington Football Team the Washington Redskins.

The Washington Football Team led 20-16 after three quarters of play. The Washington Football Team were one quarter away from being 2-0 against the Dallas Cowboys since renaming their team.

Alex Smith handed it off to rookie running back Antonio Gibson. The third round pick out of Memphis got a rushing touchdown. The Washington Football Team barely made the extra point and led 27-16.

Washington scored 14 more unanswered points. The Washington Football Team won 41-16.

Washington Football Team Running back Antonio Gibson was my player of the game. Antonio Gibson had 20 carries 115 rushing yards, and 3 rushing touchdowns. Once again, Antonio Gibson embarasses Dallas.

Miami Dolphins 7-4-0
New York Jets 0-11-0

Game Recap: NEW YORK-Ryan Fitzpatrick is starting for Tua Tagovailoa. Sam Darnold also returns from an injury and is looking for his first win as a starter this season.

Sam Darnold was 3/3 on New York's opening drive before New York got a field goal. This was the first game in 2020 where Sam Darnold had his top three wide receivers at full health. New York led 3-0.

Miami got a field goal. This game was tied 3-3 after one quarter of play.

Ryan Fitzpatrick threw a touchdown to tight end Mike Gesicki a New Jersey native who played at Penn State. Miami had a 10-play drive that lasted 5 minutes and 11 seconds. Scott Hanson negged the Jets by mentioning that the Jets just got Mossed only on NFL Red Zone seconds later. Miami led 10-3.

Jason Sanders made another field goal. Miami led 13-3 and made me look foolish for changing my prediction from Dolphins to Jets.

New York failed to get a field goal at the half. Miami led 13-3 at halftime.

Miami won this game 20-3. I'm giving Mike Gesicki player of the game over Ryan Fitzpatrick because he just made an awesome catch where he picked apart rookie Ashtyn Davis.

Arizona Cardinals 6-5-0
New England Patriots 5-6-0

Game Recap: NEW ENGLAND-Arizona's receivers include DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, and Andy Isabella with Larry Fitzgerald out. New England has Stephon Gilmore, Jason McCourty, J.C. Jackson, and Joejuan Williams at cornerback at full health for the first time since week 3. Belichick even called Kyler Murray a running back and not a quarterback even with Murray playing through an injury with an AC Joint, which tons of Murray fanboys got defensive about even though I heard no injury about Murray in practice this week.

Markus Golden intercepts Cam Newton. Arizona got great field position. Kenyan Drake ran it in for a touchdown. Arizona led 7-0.

Kyler Murray began this game 6/6 with 61 passing yards before throwing two straight incomplete passes. Arizona got a field goal. Arizona led 10-0 after one quarter of play.

James White got a rushing touchdown. Arizona led 10-7.

Kyler Murray threw a touchdown pass to Keesean Johnson. He may have been ruled short on the touchdown. He was Arizona tried to run it in and that was ruled short too. Arizona led 10-7 at halftime.

New England took over in the third quarter. They tied the game with a field goal. Then, Adrian Phillips intercepted Kyler Murray, who had an AC joint sprain, but I don't want to hear that as an excuse after he started the game 6/6 against a secondary that was at full health for the first time since week 3 if you exclude the fact that Patrick Chung opted out due to Covid-19. New England led 17-10 after three quarters of play.

Kenyan Drake tied this game at 17-17 in the fourth quarter. Nick Folk kicked the game-winning field goal.

Stephon Gilmore absolutely blanketed DeAndre Hopkins limiting him to 5 receptions for 55 receiving yards on 7 targets with 0 receiving touchdowns. New England's field cornerback returned to his 2019 form with this game. Jason McCourty held Kirk 3 receptions for 19 receiving yards. J.C. Jackson held Andy Isabella to 4 receptions for 33 receiving yards on 6 targets. Obviously the injury to Fitzgerald and the fact that Belichick did a superb job preparing for Kyler Murray were the key reasons New England won.

To be fair, I was torn on this game, and if you told me Fitzgerald was inactive I probably flip flop from Arizona to New England. James White had both rushing touchdowns in this game which is why he edged out this secondary for my weekly player of the game award, even though you can argue that the cornerbacks deserve a round of drinks from Belichick for their stellar play today.

Carolina Panthers 4-8-0
Minnesota Vikings 5-6-0

Game Recap: MINNESOTA-Carolina does not have Christian McCaffrey at running back. Minnesota does not have Adam Theilen at wide receiver.

Carolina got the ball to start this game. Mike Davis just ran for a first down on a 10-yard gain despite the absence of Christian McCaffrey.

Kirk Cousins threw a touchdown pass to Justin Jefferson. Minnesota led 7-0 after one quarter of play.

Teddy Bridgewater threw a 41-yard touchdown pass to Robby Anderson in his return to Minnesota. This game was tied at 7-7.

Minnesota got a field goal at halftime. Minnesota led 10-7 at halftime.

Rookie Jeremy Chinn out of Southern Illinois recovered two fumbles and returned both fumbles for touchdowns. Carolina led 21-10 after three quarters thanks to the former Saluki safety turned 4-3 right outside linebacker.

Minnesota won this game thanks to Kirk Cousins rallying Minnesota back. How in the fuck did Carolina blow this game? Pardon my language.

Cleveland Browns 8-3-0
Jacksonville Jaguars 1-10-0

Game Recap: JACKSONVILLE-Baker Mayfield heads to Jacksonville. Mike Glennon is making his first start of the season for Jacksonville which means Jacksonville will probably need to draft a new quarterback this offseason.

Jacksonville gained the lead with a field goal. Baker Mayfield threw a touchdown pass to Jarvis Landry. Cleveland gained the lead as Landry wounded the cornerback covering him. Baker Mayfield and Jarvis Landry are on my opponents fantasy team this week so you have to give the Browns credit for inflicting damage on my fantasy team. Cleveland led 7-3 after one quarter of play.

Mike Glennon drove Jacksonville downfield again. Jacksonville got a field goal. Cleveland led 7-6.

Cleveland put together a drive that lasted 6 minutes and 34 seconds. Cleveland took a 10-6 lea with the field goal.

Mike Glennon threw a touchdown pass to rookie Collin Johnson. You have to admire the effort from Johnson who I saw in Mobile. Even Glennon can pick apart the Browns without Greedy Williams. Jacksonville led 13-10.

Baker Mayfield threw a touchdown pass to Austin Hooper. Cleveland led 17-13.

Jacksonville attempted a field goal at halftime. The field goal was no good. Cleveland led 17-13 at halftime.

Jacksonville got a touchdown and gained another lead over Cleveland. Jacksonville missed an extra point before Cleveland was penalized and missed the two point conversion. Jacksonville led 19-17.

Cleveland made a field goal. Cleveland led 20-19 after three quarters of play.

Nick Chubb's rushing touchdown made it 27-19. Jacksonville got a touchdown, but Cleveland made a huge defensive stop on the two point conversion attempt which led to Cleveland winning 27-25.

Joseph Potter the co host of my podcast who is a Browns fan that lives in Jacksonville was so happy that he basically partied like a Saints fan on Bourbon Street in Jacksonville while pissing off die hard Jaguars fans at Dos Gatos. He's not apologizing for his actions, but rather celebrating them with karoke.

Back to the 8-3 Cleveland Browns. Nick Chubb has been on fire since returning from his injury. Nick Chubb had 19 carries, 144 rushing yards, and 1 rushing touchdown.

Baker Mayfield ended his cold streak of going without a passing touchdown. He broke his 3 game slump without a passing touchdown. This is nothing to gloat about as the first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft only had 258 passing yards. Elite quarterbacks can throw 300 passing yards on Jacksonville, but Mayfield has a career low in interceptions and is playing like a adolescent deserving of a fifth year tender rather than a man who warrants an extension, but Mayfield could become Cleveland's version of Jared Goff.

He missed Jarvis Landry on a red zone throw. He missed a slant to Rashard Higgins where the Browns had an 86 percent chance of getting a touchdown. It got so ugly that Dan Le Betard roasted Baker Mayfield on Twitter before someone who designs Next Gen Stats for NFL baked up Le Betard which means the Bastard in French. Baker got sacked twice and was hurried six times by Jackonsville's front 7.

Tennessee Titans 8-3-0
Indianapolis Colts 7-4-0

Game Recap: INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis embarassed the Titans on Thursday Night Football a few weeks ago. Tennessee is looking for revenge as this game between 7-3 teams will decide which 8-3 team controls the AFC South heading into December.

Derrick Henry carried Tennessee to an early lead. Tennessee led 7-0.

Philip Rivers got fantastic protection. He threw a beautiful touchdown pass to Trey Burton who picked apart Kevin Byard on the play. Byard lined up at strong safety and got beat on the play.

Ryan Tannehill threw a 69-yard touchdown pass to A.J. Brown. A.J. Brown sixty nined the Colts harder than Jim Irsay after he hired Ryan Grigson to be the General Manager. Tennessee led Indianapolis 14-7 after one quarter of play.

Jacoby Brissett got a rushing touchdown as the backup quarterback. That tied the game at 14-14.

Derrick Henry got another ruhsing touchdown. Tennessee led 21-14. Henry scored again. Derrick Henry had 140 rushing yards and 3 rushing touchdowns in the first half. Tennessee led Indianapolis 28-14 at halftime.

Ryan Tannehill got a rushing touchdown. Tennessee led 35-14 at halftime.

Tennessee won this game 45-26. Derrick Henry only had 38 rushing yards in the second half, but he still finished this game with 27 carries, 178 rushing yards, and 3 rushing touchdowns, while assblasting my Fantasy Football Team in the process making him a strong candidate for Player Of The Week because he did that without Taylor Lewan at left tackle or Jack Conklin at right tackle. In the defense of Indianapolis fans, DeForest Buckner was on the Covid-19 list.

New York Giants 4-7-0
Cincinnati Bengals 2-8-1

Game Recap: CINCINNATI-No Saquon Barkley or Joe Mixon makes this game underwhelming. No Joe Burrow just makes this game depressing to recap.

Daniel Jones Wayne Gallman with a huge rushing touchdown on fourth and goal. New York takes the lead.

Cincinnati returned the kickoff for a touchdown. That tied this game at 7-7. This game was tied 7-7 after one quarter of play.

Cincinnati got a field goal in the second quarter. Cincinnati led 10-7.

New York got a field goal. That tied this game at 10-10. This game remained tied at halftime.

New York won this game 19-17. Wayne Gallman the running back that New York drafted out of Clemson before Saquon Barkley back in 2017 is finally playing up to his potential. At the same time, this Bengals team is just brutal to watch without Joe Burrow or Joe Mixon. It's like watching the 0-16 Detroit Lions or the 0-16 Cleveland Browns on a 5G smart phone.

Los Angeles Chargers 3-8-0
Buffalo Bills 8-3-0

Game Recap: BUFFALO-Justin Herbert looks like the front runner to win offensive rookie of the year. The Los Angeles Chargers defensive line is banged up at edge rusher with Melvin Ingram and Joey Bosa injured. Buffalo's offensive line is pretty depleted too.

Josh Allen threw a touchdown pass to Dawson Knox. Buffalo led 7-0.

Justin Herbert threw a touchdown pass to Keenan Allen. Los Angeles missed the extra point. Buffalo led 7-6 after one quarter of play.

Josh Allen pitched to Cole Beasley who threw a trick pass to rookie Gabriel Davis. Buffalo led 14-6.

Tyler Baas made a field goal. Buffalo led 17-6 at halftime.

Josh Allen made put this game out of reach when he made it a 24-6 game. Buffalo won 27-17 with the Chargers getting most of their points in garbage time.

Tre'Davious White intercepted Justin Herbert. White was my player of the game with his good game with the Buffalo Bills.

Las Vegas Raiders 6-5-0
Atlanta Falcons 4-7-0

Game Recap: ATLANTA-Las Vegas heads to Atlanta. Todd Gurley and Julio Jones out for Atlanta at running back and wide receiver.

Las Vegas went for it on fourth and one, but did not captialize. Fantastic defensive stop by Atlanta to begin this game. Atlanta captialized off of the turnover on downs. Younghoe Koo made a 38-yard field goal. Atlanta led 3-0.

Younghoe Koo got another field goal following Derek Carr's first fumble. Atlanta led 6-0 after one quarter of play.

Las Vegas got a field goal in the second quarter. Atlanta led 6-3.

Matt Ryan threw a touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley. Atlanta led 13-3 without Todd Gurley and Julio Jones.

Derek Carr fumbled the ball again. Atlanta recovered and capitalized off of the turnover.

Atlanta won 43-6. Not only did Atlanta capitalize off of turnovers, Derek Carr had his first career Fantasy Football Game where he had negative points. Their secondary with guys like A.J. Terrell, Isaiah Oliver, Keanu Neal, and Ricardo Allen blanketed receivers like Henry Ruggs III, Hunter Renfrow, and tight end Darren Waller. Deion Jones made Josh Jacobs his bitch at middle linebacker and intercepted Derek Carr which is why Jones won my player of the game award earning a photo for his performance on this site.

The Raiders lost 43-6 to an Atlanta Falcons team that blew massive fourth quarter leads to the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears. What's even more pathetic is Atlanta did not have Todd Gurley or Julio Jones and they still demolished.

The reason I say Las Vegas Raiders fans sound like soy boys this week is simple. Instead of giving Atlanta credit or mentioning anyone in their secondary or Deion Jones, they just complained about how they came up short when they were in position to score. I listened to the VP of Draft Utopia bitch about the Raiders defeat while on a road trip over the phone. Not one Falcon was mentioned by this Die Hard Raider fan who choses to remain incognito over the phone.

San Francisco 49ers 5-6-0
Los Angeles Rams 7-4-0

Game Recap: LOS ANGELES-Richard Sherman returns from his injury. That may limit what this offense can do a little. Jared Goff has been fantastic without left tackle Andrew Whitworth the last few weeks.

Jared Goff played well without Andrew Whitworth at left tackle. That would change this week.

San Francisco got Richard Sherman back. This team even with backup defensive ends managed to embarass Joseph Noteboom while keeping Goff out of the end zone.

Javon Kinlaw and Richard Sherman were both equally deserving of player of the game. Sherman kept Woods to 7 receptions on 12 targets for 80 receiving yards while keeping Robert Woods out of the end zone.

San Francisco had the ball last and won. Even without Jimmy Garoppolo at quarterback or George Kittle at tight end, Nick Mullens did enough to lead San Francisco to a win.

There were reports that San Francisco scouted both Zach Wilson and Mac Jones for the 2021 NFL Draft a few weeks ago. With Mac Jones and Florida quarterback Kyle Trask both continuing to have issues with underthrowing the deep ball as seniors, I'm starting to believe San Francisco may stay put with Garoppolo and Mullens when you take into account that San Francisco swept Jared Goff even without Garoppolo for both games.

New Orleans Saints 9-2-0
Denver Broncos 4-7-0

Game Recap: DENVER-New Orleans is starting Taysom Hill. Denver is starting a receiver on their practice squad at quarterback after all of their quarterbacks tested positive for Covid.

New Orleans demolished a Denver team without a quarterback 31-3. Taysom Hill is 2-0 and is our player of the game because I couldn't find a photo of anyone else on the Saints. Hill went 5/10 with 14 passing yards in the first half, but his two rushing touchdowns won this game for New Orleans.

Kansas City Chiefs 10-1-0
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 7-5-0

Game Recap: TAMPA BAY-Patrick Mahomes VS Tom Brady. This game is going to be a treat. You have to wonder if Mahomes returns here.

Joey stated on Saturday's podcast that Tampa Bay's cornerbacks sucked. I praised Carlton Davis and his play after his 19 deflection season as a sophomore. Davis had a strong Monday Night Game against New York on Monday Night Football a few weeks ago, but he sucked against Hill. Tyreek Hill had 200 receiving yards in the first quarter and made every cornerback on Tampa Bay's roster look like a little brother. No that's not something or someone you want to be compared to.

Patrick Mahomes and Tyreek Hill did to Tampa Bay what Rick and Morty do to Aliens or whatever intergalatic bad guys Rick and Morty but heads with. Comparing Mahomes and Hill's statement game to Rick and Morty is comical at best.

Patrick Mahomes went 37/49 with 462 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. There's good reason why he's the reigning Super Bowl MVP along with the leagues highest paid quarterback. Tyreek Hill had 13 receptions on 15 targets and dominated with 13 receptions, 269 receiving yards, and 3 receiving touchdowns.

Kansas City controlled this game from start to finish. They led 17-0 in the second quarter. Kansas City led 27-10 at one point in the fourth quarter despite a couple of garbage time touchdowns by Tampa Bay.

Chicago Bears 5-6-0
Green Bay Packers 8-3-0

Game Recap: GREEN BAY-Chicago heads to Green Bay. Nick Foles is injured so Mitchell Trubisky will get the start.

Aaron Rodgers just emasuclated Chicago in this statement win by Green Bay where they defeated Chicago 41-25. Aaron Rodgers went 21/29 with 211 passing yards, 4 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. Aaron Rodgers also reached 50,000 passing yards for his career while the offensive tackle tandem of David Bahktiari and Ricky Wagner kept both Khalil Mack and Robert Quinn in check as Chicago had 0 sacks or quarterback hurries for the entire game.

Ryan Pace should be terminated. How did he manage to keep his job as General Manager longer than Bob Quinn. The defense he put together is the only reason he's still employed.

Seattle Seahawks 8-3-0
Philadelphia Eagles 3-7-1

Game Recap: PHILADELPHIA-Seattle headed to Philadelphia. Philadelphia planned on rotating Carson Wentz and Jalen Hurts at quarterback.

Carson Wentz went 0/4 with no yards after two drives which was the worst start of Carson Wentz's NFL career. Neither team scored in the first quarter. Russell Wilson's completion to D.K. Metcalf set up a touchdown pass to David Moore. Seattle led 7-0.

Chris Carson got a rushing touchdown. Seattle led 14-0.

Carson Wentz threw a touchdown to Dallas Goedert. Seattle led 14-6 at halftime after Philadelphia missed the extra point.

Both teams traded field goals in the third quarter. Seattle led 17-9 after three quarters of play.

Seattle got two more field goals in the fourth quarter. Seattle led 23-9.

Carson Wentz threw a deep pass and somehow it was caught by Richard Rodgers. Seattle defeats Philadelphia 23-17 after Philadelphia got a two point conversion.

Seattle won 23-17. After seeing what I saw tonight, I'm wondering if Jalen Hurts will start soon.

Wide receiver D.K. Metcalf was my player of the game. Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz told Metcalf before the game that he'll never be as good as Calvin Johnson. Metcalf used that as motivation as he had 13 receptions for 177 receiving yards.

Baltimore Ravens 6-5-0
Pittsburgh Steelers 11-0-0

Game Recap: PITTSBURGH-There are too many players on the Covid list to count for both teams. I'm just thankful this game got played in week 12.

Baltimore's offense failed to step up. Marcus Peters broke up a deep pass intended for Chase Claypool on second down which set up a third down and a defensive stop for the Baltimore Ravens.

Gus "The Groundhog" Edwards coughed up the football when he pretended the football was a blood cell. Pittsburgh recovered the football thanks to a hungry defense eager to feast. The Pennsylvania Lottery had no influence on that fumble recovery.

Pittsburgh had 85 points off of turnovers heading into this game. DeShon Elliott the former Texas Longhorn safety with a big stop on third down as he kept the Tar Heel known as Eric Ebron out of the end zone on third down. Pittsburgh opted to go for it on fourth down. That total remained the same as Big Ben held onto the ball too long before throwing an interception to Tyus Bowser. Fullback Derek Watt was wide open on the play as Ben made a bad read.

Pittsburgh is ranked first in the NFL in sacks, takeaways, and fewest points allowed per game. Robert Griffin III began this game 0/1 on third down conversions. Robert Griffin III, got picked off by Joe Haden as the former Florida Gator snatches a pass from Baylor's former Heisman winner. Chris Boswell missed an extra point with Pittsburgh ahead 6-0.

Robert Griffin III played smart and put a solid drive together. Gus "The Groundhog" Edwards with a rushing touchdown as Baltimore's groundhog dug a hole in the end zone at Heinz Field.

Ben threw a first down. Baltimore led 7-6 after one quarter of play.

Baltimore endured a double whammy of injuries early in the second quarter. Derek Wolfe their 3-4 left end and DeShon Elliott the free safety from Texas that I mentioned earlier as Baltimore lost two more players to injuries to add to their Covid-19 woes along with the Ronnie Stanley injury. Jimmy Smith was limping off the field at cornerback as Pittsburgh drove down the field.

The Big Bad Wolfe returned from an injury only to tackle Benny Snell Jr. on Hump Day. Derek, #95 on Baltimore penetrated that offensive line without Maurkice Pouncey before performing a hump day ritual on Snell on that vicious tackle.

Pittsburgh's receivers dropped passes on this drive that would have resulted in touchdowns. Boswell redeemed himself with the field goal. Pittsburgh regained the lead now ahead 9-7.

Trace McSorley the third stringer turned backup was watching on the bench. He may come in if Robert Griffin III gets injured or plays poor enough. The sixth round pick out of Penn State is watching the teams backup in action with RGIII in a contract year. Pittsburgh with another sack on third down. NFL defenses are much faster than College and most coaches expect you to get rid of the ball in 2 seconds or less.

Chase Claypool caught a pass and got even with Marcus Peters. Pittsburgh kept dropping balls like Allstate and had to settle for another field goal. Pittsburgh led 12-7.

Robert Griffin III with a big 40-yard game for this Ravens offense. That play put Baltimore into field goal range.

Robert Griffin III scrambled. He was limping off the field after that first down. Trace McSorely time as the two minute warning struck with 1:57 left in the first half.

Robert Griffin III remained in the game. Justice Hill ran for a first down on third down. Hill ran towards the goal line. Minkah Fitzpatrick made John Harbaugh look like Jim Harbaugh with that huge hit. Pittsburgh ahead 12-7 at halftime.

Marlon Humphrey showed great man coverage pressing the fuck out of Claypool. Then the officials bail out Claypool and to be fair he knocked Claypool flat on his rear end so the penalty is justified as Humphrey cost the Ravens 36-yards on the play.

Neither team scored in the third quarter. JuJu Smith-Schuster pushed a Raven by pressing his hand against their helmet on a completion for a first down. Then JuJu Smith-Schuster scored what is likely a touchdown which put this game away. Pittsburgh led 19-7.

Robert Griffin III got benched for Trace McSorely. McSorely threw a touchdown pass to Marques Brown. It was too little too late after Pittsburgh got a first down on third and short before winning 19-14.

Does Steeler Nation want the good news or bad news first? The bad news is that Bud Dupree tore his ACL and he's done for the year.

Joe Haden was the player of the game because his pick 6 won this game. He did a poor job on the play where Brown scored. Pittsburgh led by 12 though and I'm more concerned about the dropped passes moving forward.
