Cleveland Browns 9-3-0
Tennessee Titans 8-4-0

Game Recap: TENNESSEE-Both teams have the top two running backs who led the NFL in rushing yards in 2019 with Nick Chubb and Derrick Henry. Cleveland did not have Denzel Ward, Greedy Williams, Grant Delpit, or Ronnie Harrison on their secondary. Ryan Tannehill can pick apart Cleveland's defensive backs if he passes it to wide receivers A.J. Brown and Corey Davis. Jadeveon Clowney got season ending surgery prior to this game, so Tennessee's pass rush is now completely dependant on Harold Landry.

A.J. Brown got injured on a play where Ryan Tannehill threw a touchdown pass to Corey Davis. Brown had 2 receptions on 2 targets for 52-receiving yards on this drive before his injury. Cleveland led 17-7.

Baker Mayfield threw a touchdown to Donovan Peoples-Jones. Tennessee put Breon Borders, who is playing with Adoree Jackson injured, Jonathan Joseph cut, and Kristian Fulton on the reserve list. I'm not taking anything away from Donovan Peoples-Jones, but Breon Borders is so terrible that Donovan Peoples-Jones will win that matchup 9 times out of 10. Cleveland led 24-7. Baker has dominated today, but Tennesee may need to add a cornerback for depth in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Baker Mayfield picked apart Breon Borders again when he threw a touchdown pass to Rashard Higgins. Next Browns drive, Nick Chubb got a rushing touchdown. Cleveland led 38-7 with less than a minute left in the first half.

Jacksonville Jaguars 1-11-0
Minnesota Vikings 6-6-0

Game Recap: MINNESOTA-This should be an easy win for Minnesota. With Jacksonville starting 1-10 down to their third string quarterback, you'd think the Vikings would be a lock to win this game. Indianapolis Colts 8-4-0
Houston Texans 4-8-0

Game Recap: HOUSTON-Anthony Castonzo was out at left tackle. Indianapolis is 0-1 on the year when Castonzo does not start at left tackle. Houston did not have Will Fuller, Randall Cobb, or Kenny Stills who they released at wide receiver, and yet a majority of our staff was bold enough to pick Houston to win.

Indianapolis stepped up early defensively despite not having Bobby Okerke at 4-3 left outside linebacker or Khari Willis at strong safety. They held Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans offense to a three and out.

New England Patriots 6-6-0
Los Angeles Chargers 3-9-0

Game Recap: LOS ANGELES-New England headed to Sofi Stadium. This would be the first of two matches at Sofi Stadium in the next five days.

Harris caught the pass for a first down before he was tackled by defensive tackle Linval Joseph. Cam Newton had a 14-yard run and a 2-yard run leading up to his rushing touchdown. This was a huge team win for New England. They are staying in Los Angeles on a short week with the Patriots facing the Rams on Thursday. I honestly feel like that may give New England an advantage in a real close game, that I think the Rams should win.

Philadelphia Eagles 3-8-1
Green Bay Packers 9-3-0

Game Recap: GREEN BAY-Philadelphia headed to Green Bay. Philadelphia won this game on Thursday Night Football last year. I wasn't sure if either one of Philadelphia's quarterbacks without left tackle Andre Dillard, right tackle Lane Johnson, or right guard Brandon Brooks.

Green Bay got the ball to start the second half. Philadelphia held Green Bay to a three and out.

Carson Wentz threw a 41-yard pass to tight end Dallas Goedert which was the Lexus Big Play of the game in this contest. Unfortunately, Green Bay adjusted and Philadelphia could not capitalize on this drive.

Aaron Rodgers threw another touchdown pass to DaVante Adams. The extra point was no good. Green Bay led 20-3.

Green Bay won this game 30-16. Jalen Hurts came in off the bench for Carson Wentz. It wasn't enough as Darnell Savage intercepted Hurts to seal the Eagles chances of pulling off a comeback.

The trio for the Green Bay Packers on offense can all make a case for player of the game. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, running back Aaron Jones, and wide receiver DaVante Adams all can make a case.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers went 25/34 with 295 passing yards, 3 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions. Running back Aaron Jones had 15 carries for 120 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown. Wide receiver DaVante Adams had 10 receptions, 121 receiving yards, and 2 receiving touchdowns.

Of those three I gave DaVante Adams my player of the game award. You could make a case for one of the two Aaron's, but Rodgers didn't have 300 passing yards while Jones only had 1 rushing touchdown.

Denver Broncos 4-8-0
Kansas City Chiefs 11-1-0

Tyrann Mathieu intercepted Drew Lock. Kansas City won this game 22-16.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes went 25/40 with 318 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, and no interceptions. Tyrann Mathieu had 2 interceptions. Harrison Butker went 5/5 on field goals.

All of those players are deserving of player of the game. Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was my player of the game because he had 8 receptions, 136 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown. He also had his fifth season of 1,000 receiving yards at tight end becoming the first tight end in NFL history to accomplish this feat.

Washington Football Team 5-7-0
Pittsburgh Steelers 11-1-0

Game Recap: PITTSBURGH-Washington headed to Pittsburgh. This may be the only meeting in NFL history between the Washington Football Team and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jon Bostic intercepted Ben Roethlisberger on the next drive. Washington got another field goal. The Washington Football Team won 23-17 making the Washington Football Team 1-0 All Time versus Pittsburgh if we exclude Washington's games against Pittsburgh when they were the Redskins.

Washington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith was my player of the game. Alex Smith went 31/46 with 296 passing yards, 1 passing touchdown, and no interceptions.

Buffalo Bills 9-3-0
San Francisco 49ers 5-7-0

Game Recap: ARIZONA-San Francisco is ging to host the next two games at State Farm Stadium. This was a must win game for both teams.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is my player of the game. Josh Allen went 32/40 with 375 passing yards, 4 passing touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Dallas Cowboys 3-9-0
Baltimore Ravens 7-5-0

Game Recap: BALTIMORE-Mark Andrews was still out with Covid-19. Lamar Jackson and the rest of this team that missed the Pittsburgh game at Heinz Field returned.

Dallas scored first. A field goal and a 5/5 start gave Dallas a 3-0 lead. Baltimore still managed to outscore Dallas in every quarter in their 34-17 win over Dallas.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was my player of the game. Lamar Jackson became the first player in NFL history to have 5,000 passing yards and 2,500 rushing yards in his first three seasons in the NFL. This isn't quite as historic as Mahomes being the youngest quarterback to reach 10,000 career passing yards. This is still impressive though especially when you take into account that Lamar did that against Dallas without his star tight end or blindside at left tackle in Ronnie Stanley.
