Green Bay Packers Day 1 Draft Grade: (A+) HaHa Clinton-Dix was the top safety in the 2014 NFL Draft. He can play strong safety or free safety much like Packers’ safety Morgan Burnett. Green Bay needed to find a replacement to Nick Collins that would compliment Morgan Burnett. Well done Green Bay.

Green Bay Packers Day 2 Draft Grade: (C) DaVante Adams is doing well enough to earn the slot receiver job. You cannot say the same thing about fifth-round prospects like Thornton and TE Richard Rogers. How could the Packers pass on Jo Don Duncan from Dixie State for Ricardo Rodgers. Don Duncan had 71 receptions, 1,045 receiving yards, and 13 receiving touchdowns as a 6-foot-4 and 270-pound tight end. His route running was solid as well despite the fact that there are durability concerns.

Green Bay Packers Day 3 Draft Grade: (A) Green Bay got Carl Bradford as a depth player behind Clay Matthews. Ohio State center Corey Linsley is an excellent run blocker that will open up the lanes for Eddie Lacy. Right now he’s a backup. The Packers’ could develop Linsley into the next stud offensive lineman in Green Bay. Wisconsin receiver Jared Abberderis was a steal at this spot near the end of round 5. How did Green Bay get such a premium value pick. Demetri Goodson provides depth at corner. All of these picks were brilliant. Ted Thompson does it again. Brilliant job by Green Bay. Expect the Packers to take the NFC North if Rodgers is healthy for 16 games.
