Tony Mario's 2025 NFL Mock Draft: Final Mock 7 Rounds
Round 4
Tony Mario follow @DraftUtopia Last Updated: April 24, 2025.
Tennessee Titans: Cobee Bryant, CB, Kansas
- Tennessee drafts a cornerback for the future. Tennessee has Jarvis Brownlee Jr. and L'Jarius Sneed on the outside. Roger McCreary is on the final year of his rookie deal at nickel cornerback. Drafting a third round corner inmost mockslike Cobee Bryant in the fourth round allows you to reload at cornerback without giving McCreary a contract extension.
- Other Tennessee Titans Selections
Cleveland Browns: Tyler Shough, QB, Louisville
- The Cleveland Browns finally get a quarterback in the fourth round with Tyler Shough. I don't have a lot of confidence in Tyler Shough, but with Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett on this roster, Shough will ride the bench in year one. Cleveland can still draft a quarterback early in the 2026 NFL Draft if Tyler Shough fails to gain any signficant playing time.
- Other Cleveland Browns Selections
New York Giants: Shemar Turner, 3-4 RE, Texas A&M
- New York drafts a 3-4 right end that can be a day 1 starter. Shemar Turner can be a day 1 starter for the New York Giants with their fourth round pick.
- Other New York Giants Selections
New England Patriots: Zy Alexander, CB, LSU
- New England gets a cornerback to stash and develop. Christian Gonzalez and Carlton Davis will be starting on the outside as the number one and number two corners. Marcus Jones is on the final year of his rookie deal. New England could end up drafting a cornerback like LSU cornerback Zy Alexander that redshirts his rookie season and takes over at nickel cornerback in 2026.
- Other New England Patriots Selections
Jacksonville Jaguars: Andrew Mukaba, SS, Texas
- Jacksonville gave Eric Murray a three year deal to start at strong safety. Jacksonville can buy him out after this season to save $833,332 in cap space. That would allow Andrew Mukaba and Antonio Johnson to compete for the strong safety job in 2026, or 2027 if Jacksonville keeps Murray for two years.
- Other Jacksonville Jaguars Selections
Las Vegas Raiders: Savion Williams, WR, TCU
- Las Vegas gets a wide receiver here. Savion Williams would be a day 1 starter on the Las Vegas Raiders with four of their six wide receivers being undrafted Free Agents. I'm not sure how big of an impact he would have, but Las Vegas would have a wide receiver trio of Jakobi Meyers, Tre Tucker, and Savion Williams.
- Other Las Vegas Raiders Selections
Buffalo Bills: Barrett Carter, ROLB, Clemson
- Buffalo gets a 4-3 right outside linebacker to push Dorian Williams for the starting right outside linebacker job if Matt Milano leaves. Matt Milano is a UFA in 2026. Getting another right outside linebacker makes sense here if Buffalo does not want to pay the injury prone Milano whose gonna turn 31 before the preseason.
- Other Buffalo Bills Selections
New York Jets: Josiah Stewart, LE, Michigan
- Will McDonald IV still has two years left on his rookie deal plus the fifth year tender. Jermaine Johnson II also still has two years left on his rookie deal. Josiah Stewart will develop for two years and will not start until 2027 at the earliest.
- Other New York Jets Selections
Carolina Panthers: Nohl Williams, CB, California
- Carolina gets a cornerback to push Chau Smith-Wade for the nickel cornerback job. One guy that might have a shot to see early minutes is Nohl Williams.
- Other Carolina Panthers Selections
New Orleans Saints: Zah Frazier, CB, UTSA
- New Orleans drafts a cornerback to push Isaac Yiadom for the nickel cornerback job. UTSA cornerback Zah Frazier is better than most realize. Alontae Taylor and Kool-Aid McKinstry will start on the outside.
- Other New Orleans Saints Selections
San Francisco 49ers: Dylan Sampson, RB, Tennessee
- San Francisco gets a third string running back behind Christian McCaffrey and Isaac Guerrendo. Dylan Sampson had a big impact on Tennessee's offense last year in the running game.
- Other San Francisco 49ers Selections
Carolina Panthers: Ashton Gillotte, 3-4 LOLB, Louisville
- Carolina drafts a second pass rusher. Carolina is so thin at 3-4 outside linebacker, that Carolina may end up drafting two pass rushers off the edge at 3-4 outside linebacker with both rookies potentially starting right out of the gate. I gave Caroina JT Tuimoloau out of Ohio State at 3-4 right outside linebacker in the second round and Ashton Gillotte at 3-4 left outside linebacker in the fourth round after mocking Mason Graham at 8. Those three players can do a lot for this Carolina Panthers defense in 2025.
- Other Carolina Panthers Selections
Arizona Cardinals: Ozzy Trapilo, RT, Boston College
- Arizona gets an offensive tackle to push Christian Jones for the right tackle job in 2026. Both Jonah Williams and Kelvin Beachum will be UFA's in2 2026. Ozzy Trapilo is someone who can push Christian Jones for the right tackle job with the loser of that competiton being the swing tackle when 2026 rolls around.
- Other Arizona Cardinals Selections
Miami Dolphins: Sai'Von Jones, 3-4 LE, LSU
- Miami doesn't have a 3-4 left end next to Zach Seiler. Miami drafts Saivion Jones here to fulfill that role.
- Other Miami Dolphins Selections
Indianapolis Colts: David Walker, LE, Central Arkansas
- Indianapolis gets a defensive end for depth. With both Kwity Paye and Samson Ekubam set to be UFA's in 2026, Indianapolis will need a defensive end to compliment Laiatu Latu their 2024 first round pick. Central Arkansas pass rusher David Walker might be the guy that fits this role.
- Other Indianapolis Colts Selections
Atlanta Falcons: Seth McLaughlin, C, Ohio State
- Atlanta drafts a center to replace Drew Dahlman in Ohio State center Seth McLaughlin. This gives Atlanta an offensive line with Jake Matthews at left tackle, Matthew Bergeron at left guard, Seth McLaughlin at center, Chris Lindstrom at right guard, and Kaleb McGary at right tackle.
- Other Atlanta Falcons Selections
Cincinnati Bengals: Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State
- Cincinnati waived Trenton Irwin. They use this draft pick in the fourth round to replace Irwin. Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Andrei Iosivas, Charlie Jones, Jermaine Burton, and Kyle Williams give the Bengals the starters and depth players at wide receiver in three wide receiver sets.
- Other Cincinnati Bengals Selections
Tennessee Titans: Logan Brown, LT, Kansas
- Tennessee drafts a swing tackle behind Dan Moore Jr. and JC Latham. That's exactly what Logan Brown can provide as a swing tackle at this point in the fourth round.
- Other Tennessee Titans Selections
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Aeneas Peebles, 3-4 LE, Virginia Tech
- Tampa Bay gets a 3-4 defensive end here. Aeneas Peebles could end up replacing Logan Hall at 3-4 left end with Calijah Kancey complimenting him at 3-4 right end in 2026.
- Other Tampa Bay Buccaneers Selections
Denver Broncos: Miles Frazier, RG, LSU
- Denver drafts a right guard to develop under Quinn Meinerz for two years. Miles Frazier would be the backup right guard to Meinerz for his first two NFL seasons. He could end up starting by 2027 if he develops well and Menierz becomes a cap casualty by the time the Denver Broncos have to pay Bo Nix assuming he gets extended when his rookie deal is up.
- Other Denver Broncos Selections
Pittsburgh Steelers: Chase Lundt, RT, Connecticut
- Pittsburgh gets a swing tackle to serve as a backup behind first round picks Broderick Jones at left tackle and Troy Fautanu at right tackle. Chase Lundt can be a good swing tackle, but I don't see him becoming an NFL starter long-term.
- Other Pittsburgh Steelers Selections
Green Bay Packers: Ty Robinson, DT, Nebraska
- Green Bay needs another defensive tackle to push Devonte Wyatt, Karl Brooks, and Colby Wooden for the second defensive tackle spot across from Kenny Clark. Nebraska defenisve tackle Ty Robinson has gained a ton of traction as of late and might be a fit for Green Bay in the fourth round.
- Other Green Bay Packers Selections
Los Angeles Chargers: Tai Felton, WR, Maryland
- The Los Angeles Chargers have Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston, and Mike Williams as their starting wide receivers. Tai Felton would be a backup along with Derius Davis and Brenden Rice. Tai Felton would start out as the number six wide receiver as a rookie, but would get the opportunity to compete for the slot receiver job by 2026 once Mike Williams contract expires.
- Other Los Angeles Chargers Selections
Jacksonville Jaguars: Cam Skattebo, RB, Arizona State
- Jacksonville drafts a running back to compete with Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby. Cam Skattebo is someone who should have been off the board by now, and he could be a starting running back in the NFL by 2026.
- Other Jacksonville Jaguars Selections
Los Angeles Rams: Kyle McCord, QB, Syracuse
- Los Angeles drafts Kyle McCord to add some youth to the quarterback room. He would most likely compete with Jimmy Garoppolo and Stetson Bennett for the backup and third string quarterback gigs behind starting quarterback Matthew Stafford in the preseason this year.
- Other Los Angeles Rams Selections
Washington Commanders: Elijah Roberts, RE, SMU
- Washington drafts a 4-3 right end that can be a sack artist. Elijah Roberts is a guy who could end up being a day 1 starter in Washington even though he would be a backup 4-3 defensive end on most NFL teams.
- Other Washington Commanders Selections
Baltimore Ravens: Jonas Sanker, SS, Virginia
- Baltimore drafts a safety that can push Ar'Darius Washington for the strong safety job while Kyle Hamilton plays at free safety. Virginia safety Jonas Sanker has more potential than Ar'Darius Washington and might be able to beat him out for the strong safety job as a rookie.
- Other Baltimore Ravens Selections
Detroit Lions: Jordan Hancock, CB, Ohio State
- The Detroit Lions get a cornerback to compliment Terrion Arnold and D.J. Reed. Jordan Hancock can play cornerback or safety like Brian Branch. He also has a higher ceiling than the current nickel cornerback Amik Robertson.
- Other Detroit Lions Selections
New Orleans Saints: Jayden Reed, FS, Penn State
- New Orleans gets a free safety. Jayden Reed could be a successor for Tyrann Mathieu in 2026 when the Honey Badger's contract expires.
- Other New Orleans Saints Selections
Buffalo Bills: Antwaun Powell-Ryland, LE, Virginia Tech
- Buffalo has A.J. Epenesa locked up at 4-3 right end and Gregory Rosseau locked up at 4-3 left end. Joey Bosa will split reps at 4-3 right end. A backup 4-3 left end behind Gregory Rosseau is needed and that's where a sack artist like Virginia Tech defensive end Antwaun Powell-Ryland comes into play.
- Other Buffalo Bills Selections
Kansas City Chiefs: Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Virginia Tech
- Kansas City drafts a running back in case they do not want to pay Isiah Pacheco. Bhayshul Tuten is a great value pick who could be the Kansas City Chiefs starting running back by 2026 with the right development in Kansas City.
- Other Kansas City Chiefs Selections
Philadelphia Eagles: Malachi Moore, FS, Alabama
- Philadelphia gets a free safety for depth behind Reed Blankenship. Malachi Moore is a great value pick at this point in the fourth round.
- Other Philadelphia Eagles Selections
Miami Dolphins: Dillon Gabriel, QB, Oregon
- The Miami Dolphins get a quarterback with this compensation pick. Dillon Gabriel would be a player that could compete with Zach Wilson for the backup gig behind Tua Tagovailoa.
- Other Miami Dolphins Selections
Baltimore Ravens: Ajani Cornelius, RT, Oregon
- The Baltimore Ravens get a swing tackle with this fourth round comp pick. Ronnie Stanley and Roger Rosengarten will be the starting left tackle and right tackle. Ajani Cornelius becomes the swing tackle.
- Other Baltimore Ravens Selections
Seattle Seahawks: Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas
- The Seattle Seahawks use this fourth round compensation pick to get their future starting tight end. Gunnar Helm would be a good replacement to Noah Fant, whose a UFA in 2026.
- Other Seattle Seahawks Selections
San Francisco 49ers: Dont'e Thornton Jr., WR, Tennessee
- The San Francisco 49ers use this fourth round comp pick on a wide receiver for depth. Dont'e Thornton Jr. has the size and speed to stretch the field as a deep threat.
- Other San Francisco 49ers Selections
