Tony Mario's 2025 NFL Mock Draft: Final Mock 7 Rounds

Round 1 Picks 17-32

Tony Mario follow @DraftUtopia Last Updated: April 24, 2025.

  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Green, LE, Marshall

Cincinnati gets a defensive end to compete with Joseph Ossai and Myles Murphy for the 4-3 left end job next to Trey Hendrickson. I believe Mike Green can win that job outright forcing Joseph Ossai into a backup 4-3 right end role and Myles Murphy into a backup 4-3 left end role.

    Other Cincinnati Bengals Selections

  2. Seattle Seahawks: Jalon Walker, 3-4 ROLB, Georgia

Seattle currently has Uchenna Nwosu at 3-4 right outside linebacker and Demarcus Lawrence at 3-4 left outside linebacker. Seattle can save $11,150,000 if they cut Uchenna Nwosu in 2026. Seattle can save $6,666,666 in cap space if they cut Demarcus Lawrence who signed a three year contract in Free Agency. This is why Seattle will not hesitate to draft Jalon Walker at 18 if he's the top guy on their board.

    Other Seattle Seahawks Selections

  3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Donovan Ezeiruaku, 3-4 ROLB, Boston College

Tampa Bay gets a sack artist pass rusher at 3-4 right outside linebacker. Donovan Ezeiruaku is a perfect fit for Tampa Bay's 3-4 defense and the guy that I project as the best fit for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 19.

    Other Tampa Bay Buccaneers Selections

  4. Denver Broncos: Jihaad Campbell, 3-4 ROLB, Alabama

Denver drafts Jihaad Campbell. Denver can move Jonathon Cooper to 3-4 left outside linebacker where Nik Bonitto plays since Bonitto is in the final year of his rookie deal.

    Other Denver Broncos Selections

  5. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

Pittsburgh needs a quarterback. Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart looks like he will be the third quarterback drafted in the first round.

    Other Pittsburgh Steelers Selections

  6. Los Angeles Chargers: James Pearce Jr., 3-4 ROLB, Tennessee

The Los Angeles Chargers get a replacement to Joey Bosa. James Pearce Jr. is a sack artist and an upgrade over Tuli Tuipalotu at 3-4 right outside linebacker.

    Other Los Angeles Chargers Selections

  7. Green Bay Packers: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

Green Bay has Jaire Alexander as their top cornerback, Nate Hobbs is now the number two cornerback, and Keisean Nixon is the nickel cornerback. Green Bay can draft Jahdae Barron to replace either Jaire Alexander or Keisean Nixon. Green Bay can save $17,494,234 if the Packers cut Jaire Alexander in 2026. Green Bay can save $5 million if they cut Keisean Nixon in 2026.

    Other Green Bay Packers Selections

  8. Minnesota Vikings: Malaki Starks, FS, Georgia

The Minnesota Vikings can move Harrison Smith to strong safety if they draft Malaki Starks. Right now Minnesota has Josh Metellus at strong safety and Harrison Smith at free safety. Drafting Malaki Starks allows you to move Harrison Smith to strong safety.

    Other Minnesota Vikings Selections

  9. Houston Texans: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

Houston gets a number two wide receiver to compliment Nico Collins. Drafting Luther Burden III allows you to keep Christian Kirk at slot receiver this year until Tank Dell comes back. Tank Dell would move to slot receiver and having a trio of Nico Collins, Luther Burden III, and Tank Dell would make things so much easier for quarterback C.J. Stroud.

    Other Houston Texans Selections

  10. Los Angeles Rams: Josh Simmons, LT, Ohio State

Los Angeles extended Alaric Jackson, but they can get out of his contract in 2026. That's why the idea of the Los Angeles Rams passing on a left tackle at 26 is foolish, especially if there is a left tackle that the Los Angeles Rams love in this draft. Ohio State left tackle Josh Simmons would be a great fit at left tackle here.

    Other Los Angeles Rams Selections

  11. Baltimore Ravens: Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina

The Baltimore Ravens get another cornerback here. Baltimore will have Nate Wiggins, Marlon Humphrey, and Shavon Revel Jr. as their starting cornerbacks. If Baltimore does draft Shavon Revel Jr. in the first round like I am suggesting, then Baltimore would have three first round cornerbacks starting.

    Other Baltimore Ravens Selections

  12. Detroit Lions: Nic Scourton, LE, Texas A&M

The Detroit Lions get a 4-3 left end next to Aidan Hutchinson. Nic Scourton would be a day 1 starter on Detroit.

    Other Detroit Lions Selections

  13. Washington Commanders: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Washington grabs another weapon for last years rookie of the year who got the Washington Commanders to the NFC Championship game. Washington upgraded big time with Laremy Tunsil at left tackle and Deebo Samuel as a secondary wide receiver to Terry McLaurin. Just imagine how much more lethal this offense will be if they repace starting tight end Zach Ertz with Michigan tight end Colston Loveland. You could even make Ertz the number two tight end allowing Jayden Daniels to branch out this offense in 12 personnel.

    Other Washington Commanders Selections

  14. Buffalo Bills: Nick Emmanwori, SS, South Carolina

The Buffalo Bills currently have Taylor Rapp at strong safety and Damar Hamlin at free safety with Cole Bishop as the backup free safety. Buffalo can save $3.35 million if they cut Taylor Rapp in 2026. Drafting Nick Emmanwori gives Buffalo a future strong safety and gives Buffalo the flexibility to cut Taylor Rapp in 2026.

    Other Buffalo Bills Selections

  15. Kansas City Chiefs: Grey Zabel, LG, North Dakota State

Kansas City currently has Kingsley Suamatia at left guard. There's a reason he got benched despite moving from left tackle to left guard. Drafting Grey Zabel gives Kansas City a day 1 starter at left guard as Grey Zabel has the versatility to play left tackle, left guard, center, right guard, and right tackle. Kansas City would have Jaylon Moore at left tackle, Grey Zabel at left guard, Creed Humphrey at center, Trey Smith at right guard, and Jawaan Taylor at right tackle. Wanya Morris, Kansas City's 2023 third round pick is the backup left tackle, Kingsley Suamatia is the backup left guard after being a 2024 second round pick at left tackle, Hunter Nourzad is the backup center as a 2024 fifth round pcik, and C.J. Hanson is the backup right guard as a 2024 seventh round pick.

    Other Kansas City Chiefs Selections

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Tyler Booker, RG, Alabama

The Philadelphia Eagles draft Mekhi Becton's replacement at right guard. Philadelphia would have Jordan Mailata at left tackle, Landon Dickerson at left guard, Cam Jurgens at center, Tyler Booker at right guard, and Lane Johnson at right tackle. This offensive line would improve the pass protection for quarterback Jalen Hurts and the run blocking for running back Saquon Barkley.

    Other Philadelphia Eagles Selections
