2026 NFL Mock Draft: Final Mock 7 Rounds

Round 4

Chris Ransom follow @DraftUtopia Last Updated: April 23, 2026.

  1. Tennessee Titans: Bryce Boettcher, MLB, Oregon

Tennessee drafts a middle linebacker here. Oregon middle linebacker Bryce Boettcher would push Cody Barton for the starting middle linebacker job in Tennessee. I think Boetccher can beat out Cody Barton for that job, but you can also ease him in if Cody Barton wins the middle linebacker job.

The 6-1 232 lb Bryce Boettcher had 56 solo tackles, 80 assisted tackles, 136 total tackles, 6 deflections from pass breakups, 5.5 tackles for a loss, 5 quarterback hurries, 2 forced fumbles, 1 sack, and 1 interception in 2025. Bryce Boettcher dominated as a run stuffer and coverage linebacker at the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl.

    Other Tennessee Titans Selections

  2. Las Vegas Raiders: Josh Cameron, WR, Baylor

Las Vegas gets a number one flanker wide receiver for Fernando Mendoza in the fourth round. Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron is one of a handful of wide receivers with a 90/99 potential grade still on the board. I love Josh Cameron's floor too. Josh Cameron spent all four seasons at Baylor and is one of a handful of players that stayed loyal to his college without entering the transfer portal.

The 6-3 221 lb Josh Cameron had 52 receptions, 754 receiving yards, 10 receiving touchdowns as a junior in 2024. Josh Cameron had 69 receptions, 872 receiving yards, and 9 receiving touchdowns as a senior in 2025. Josh Cameron ran all 30/30 routes on the route tree and had a great week at the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl.

    Other Las Vegas Raiders Selections

  3. New York Jets: Romello Height, RE, Texas Tech

New York drafts a 4-3 right end that has that sack artist presence. Texas Tech 4-3 right end Romello Height is the best player on my board still available as he is ninty eighth on my big board.

The 6-3 239 lb Romello Height had 21 solo tackles, 17 assisted tackles, 38 total tackles, 13 quarterback hurries, 11.5 tackles for a loss, 10 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 deflection from a pass breakup in 2025.

Romello Height has the pass rushing, run stuffing, and coverage you want in an NFL defensive end. Romello Height can play 4-3 right end, 4-3 left end, 3-4 right outside linebacker, and 3-4 left outside linebacker with his versatility.

    Other New York Jets Selections

  4. Arizona Cardinals: Bud Clark, FS, TCU

Arizona gets another safety to pair with Budda Baker. TCU free safety Bud Clark is a steal at this point in the fourth round.

The 6-1 188 lb Bud Clark had 43 solo tackles, 24 aassisted tackles, 67 total tackles, 3 deflections from pass breakups, 3 interceptions, 1 forced fumble, adn 1 kick/punt blocked in 2024. Bud Clark had 31 solo tackles, 25 assisted tackles, 56 total tackles, 7 deflections from pass breakups, 4 interceptions, 1.5 tackles for a loss, 1 sack, 1 quarterback hurry, and 1 defensive touchdown on a pick 6 in 2025. Bud Clark finished his career with 15 career interceptions and 21 deflections from pass breakups.

I gave Bud Clark an A+ grade in man coverage, an A+ grade in zone coverage, a C- grade in press coverage, a C in run stuffing, and an A grade in pass rushing. Bud Clark can play in a cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4 defense. Bud Clark stood out at the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl.

    Other Arizona Cardinals Selections

  5. New York Giants: Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State

New York gets a wide receiver that can be a complimentary wide receiver to Malik Nabers with Wan'Dale Robinson gone. Right now Darius Slayton and Darnell Mooney are the projected starters across from Malik Nabers. Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst would have the floor of a wide receiver four and the ceiling of the number two wide receiver on the New York Giants. With Darnell Mooney coming off a season ending injury, I think Hurst could win the slot receiver job as a rookie causing Darnell Mooney to be the top backup wide receiver on the New York Giants and slowly take reps away from Slayton emerging as a long-term complimentary target next to Malik Nabers. I got a 90/99 potential grade on Ted Hurst. New York can buyout Darius Slayton to save $9,999,000 in cap space in 2027.

The 6-4 206 lb Ted Hurst had 56 receptions, 961 receiving yards, and 9 receiving touchdowns at Georgia State in 2024. Ted Hurst had 71 receptions, 1,004 receiving yards, and 6 receiving touchdowns as the undisputed leader on a 1-11 Georgia State team in 2025.

Ted Hurst ran all 30 routes on the route tree on tape in 2025. Drew Fabianich the new director of the Panini Senior Bowl said that Ted Hurst played his way into day 2. The New York Giants, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, and Buffalo Bills all had top 30 visits with Ted Hurst.

    Other New York Giants Selections

  6. Houston Texans: Joshua Josephs, RE, Tennessee

Houston gets a pass rusher for depth behind Danielle Hunter at 4-3 right end and Will Anderson Jr. at 4-3 left end. Josuha Josephs is an ideal Derek Barnett replacement in the fourth round.

The 6-3 240 lb Joshua Josephs had 17 solo tackles, 16 assisted tackles, 33 total tackles, 6 tackles for a loss, 6 quaterback hurries, 4 sacks, 3 deflections from pass breakups, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, and 1 defensive touchdown on a fumble recovery after taking over for James Pearce Jr. as the 4-3 right end in 2025. He complimented James Pearce Jr. with 9 tackles for a loss and 8 quarterback hurries as Tennessee's 4-3 left end in 2024. Joshua Josephs is raw, but he can develop into sack artist that gets 10 sacks his potential grade is 90/99.

    Other Houston Texans Selections

  7. Cleveland Browns: Keylan Rutledge, RG, Georgia Tech

Cleveland gets a right guard here. The one right guard with Pro Bowl upside still on the board with a 90/99 potential grade is Georgia Tech right guard Keylan Rutledge. He gave up 0 sacks in 2025 and Oren believes he can play all three spots on the interior at left guard, center, and right guard with his versatility. I think Keylan Rutledge could beat out Teven Jenkins for the right guard job as good as Jenkins is. That would give Cleveland Spencer Fano at left tackle if they take him at 24, Zion Johnson at left guard, Elgton Jenkins at center, Keylan Rutledge at right guard, and Tytus Howard at right tackle.

The 6-4 315 lb Keylan Rutledge has the pass blocking, pass blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking, run blocking strength, run blocking footwork, zone blocking. Keylan Rutledge needs to improve his pancake blocking, cut blocking, and pull blocking.

    Other Cleveland Browns Selections

  8. Denver Broncos: Josiah Trotter, 3-4 MLB, Missouri

Denver drafts a 3-4 middle linebacker that could be a day 1 starter in the fourth round. Josiah Trotter is the younger brother of Jeremiah Trotter Jr. and the son of Jeremiah Trotter.

The 6-2 237 lb Josiah Trotter had 43 solo tackles, 41 assisted tackles, 84 total tackles, 13 tackles for a loss, 7 quarterback hurries, 2sacks, and 1 deflections from pass breakups in 2025. Josiah Trotter has the pass rushing, run stuffing, and coverage you want in a 3-4 middle linebacker.

    Other Denver Broncos Selections

  9. Kansas City Chiefs: Daylen Everette, CB, Georgiq

Kansas City doubles up at cornerback. Georgia cornerback Daylen Everette could compliment a cornerback Kansas City drafts in the first round and be a day 1 starter like L'Jarius Sneed. I gave Kansas City Chris Johnson in the first round, so if the Chiefs add Everette they will have two lockdown cornerbacks.

The 6-1 196 lb Daylen Everette has been Georgia's number one field cornerback each of the past three seasons with three trips to the SEC Championship in that timespan. Daylen Everette had 29 solo tackles, 21 assisted tackles, 50 total tackles, 10 deflections from pass breakups, 1 quarterback hurry, and 1 touchdown in 2025. I gave Daylen Everette and A+ in man coverage, an A+ in zone coverage, and an A in press coverage. Daylen Everette can play in a cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4 scheme.

    Other Kansas City Chiefs Selections

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Domani Jackson, CB, Alabama

Cincinnati drafts a number one field cornreback in the fourth round. Alabama cornerback Domani Jackson was a former five star recruit that began his college career at USC before tranferring to Alabama. I got a 90/99 potential grade on Domani Jackson.

The 6-0 194 lb Domani Jackson had 27 solo tackles, 25 assisted tackles, 52 total tackles, 7 deflections from pass breakups, 2 tackles for a loss, 2 interceptions, 1 quarterback hurry, and 1 forced fumble in 2024. Domani Jackson had 26 solo tackles, 13 assisted tackles, 39 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss, 1 deflection from a pass breakup, and 1 quarterback hurry in 2025.

I gave Domani Jackson an A grade in man coverage, an A+ grade in zone coverage, and an A- grade in press coverage. Domani Jackson can play in a cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4 scheme.

    Other Cincinnati Bengals Selections

  11. Denver Broncos: Dontay Corleone, 3-4 RE, Cincinnati

Denver drafts Cincinnati defensive tackle Dontay Corleone. His main positions are 4-3 defensive tackle and 3-4 nose tackle. He did line up in 5-technique at 3-4 right end on a couple of plays versus Oklahoma.
Peter Woods may be the best run stuffing defensisve tackle and the highest rated defensive tackle in terms of just potential alone as Woods was in my top 9 overall. Dontay Corleone has the pass rushing, run stuffing, and coverage you want from a defensive tackle that swats passes down consistently despite only being one point lower than Woods in terms of potential. The fact that Dontay Corleone also nicknamed Don Corleone and the Godfather does everything well says a lot. He could end up being the replacement to John Franklin Myers at this point in the fourth round.

The 6-0 340 lb Dontay Corleone had 22 solo tackles, 17 assisted tackles, 39 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss, 3 sacks, 2 quarterback hurries, 1 deflection from a pass breakup, and 1 forced fumble in 2023. Dontay Corleone had 14 solo tackles, 12 assisted tackles, 26 total tackles, 5 tackles for a loss, 4 quarterback hurries, and 3.5 sacks in 2024. Dontay Corleone had 5 solo tackles, 8 assisted tackles, 13 total tackles, and 2 quarterback hurries in 2025.

Dontay Corleone went from 320 to 315 at the East West Shrine Bowl to gaining 25 lbs from the day of the 2026 East West Shrine Bowl to the 2026 NFL Combine to get to 340 lbs. Dontay Corleone has a potential grade of 90/99, but a decline in production in his draft year in 2025, questions about controlling his weight as well as a subpar performance at the 2026 East West Shrine Bowl make Corleone a day 3 pick now after he was my second best deensive tackle in the preseason.

    Other Denver Broncos Selections

  12. Dallas Cowboys: Caden Curry, LE, Ohio State

The Dallas Cowboys double up at pass rusher. Caden Curry a former four star recruit finally got to start for Ohio State full-time in 2025. Caden Curry lined up at 4-3 right end, 4-3 left end, 4-3 defensive tackle, and has experience playing on special teams as well.

The 6-2 257 lb Caden Curry had 40 solo tackles, 25 assisted tackles, 66 total tackles, 16.5 tackles for a loss, 11 sacks, 8 quarterback hurries, 2 deflections from pass breakups, 1 forced fumble, and 1 kick/blocked punt return in 2025. Caden Curry has the pass rushing and run stuffing down.

    Other Dallas Cowboys Selections

  13. Indianapolis Colts: Deontae Lawson, LOLB, Alabama

The Indianapolis Colts draft a 4-3 left outside linebacker. Deontae Lawson is probably the best SAM linebacker at 4-3 left outside linebacker. Deontae Lawson gives the Colts a third and final day 1 starter.

The 6-3 226 lb Deontae Lawson had 48 solo tackles, 41 assisted tackles, 89 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for a loss, 4 deflections from pass breakups, 2 forced fumbles, 1.5 sacks, and 1 quarterback hurry in 2025. Indianapolis needs a day 1 starter at 4-3 left outside linebacker and that is what Deontae Lawson provides at this point.

    Other Indianapolis Colts Selections

  14. Philadelphia Eagles: Bryce Lance, WR, North Dakota State

Philadelphia drafts a weapon that the Philadelphia Eagles can stash and develop. North Dakota State wide receiver Bryce Lance is an amazing value pick on day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft.

The 6-3 204 lb Bryce Lance had 75 receptions, 1,053 receiving yards, and 17 receiving touchdowns in 2024. Bryce Lance had 51 receptions, 1,079 receiving yards, and 8 receiving touchdowns even without Grey Zabel who helped Seattle win Super Bowl 60 during his rookie season in 2025. Bryce Lance ran all 30 routes on the route tree, ran a 4.34 40-yard dash at the 2026 NFL Combine, and his 9.95 RAS is 23rd among over 4,000 wide receivers dating back to 1987.

    Other Philadelphia Eagles Selections

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Michael Heldman, 3-4 LOLB, Central Michigan

Baltimore drafts a pass rusher to compliment Trey Hendrickson. Michael Heldman is a sack artist at Central Michigan that can play 4-3 right end, 4-3 left end, 3-4 right outside linebacker, and 3-4 left outside linebacker with his versatility. If Baltimore cannot land someone like Kayvon Thibodeaux in a trade drafting someone like Michael Heldman makes the most sense.

The 6-4 268 lb Michael Heldman had 23 solo tackles, 25 assisted tackles, 48 total tackles, 16.5 tackles for a loss, 10.5 sacks, 9 quarterback hurries, 4 deflections from pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles in 2025. Michael Heldman dominated at the 2026 East West Shrine Bowl. Michael Heldman had a 9.88 Relative Athletic Score which ranks 26th out of over 2,000 defensive ends from 1987 until now. Michael Heldman is one of four group of five pass rushers with a RAS of above 9.40 and a pass rush win rate of 27.50%. The other three group of five pass rushers were Trey Hendrickson from Florida Atlantic in the 2017 NFL Draft who I had as a sleeper, 2018 first round pick Marcus Davenpor from UTSA, and 2019 NFL Draft fourth steal Maxx Crosby coming out of Eastern Michigan. Of those four pass rushers, the one with the highest pass rush win rate in college is Michael Heldman.

    Other Baltimore Ravens Selections

  16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Luke Altmyer, QB, Illinois

Tampa Bay has both Baker Mayfield and backup quarterback Jake Browning in contract years. If Tampa Bay is non committal about extending Baker Mayfield, drafting a quarterback to groom behind him may be the way to go. Jake Browning sucked so bad that he lost the backup gig to Joe Flacco. Even if you want to keep Baker around, you need someone that will both push Browning for the backup gig as well as be an understudy to Baker Mayfield on a rookie contract. Ths is where Illinois quarterback Luke Altmyer enters the equation. Tony Mario told me that Jason Licht has already told Baker he's still the starting quarterback in 2026, but needs to get Tampa Bay back to the playoffs this year to earn a contract extension. That's believable since Lanorris Sellers is currently being mocked to Tampa Bay in Charlie Campbell's early 2027 NFL Mock Draft. Tampa Bay loves multiple quarterbacks in the 2027 NFL Draft as well and would not hesitate to draft one in the first round Especially if they draft Altmyer here and he fails to beat out Jake Browning for the backup quarterback gig.

The 6-1 210 lb Luke Altmyer had 3,007 passing yards, 22 passing touchdowns, 242 rushing yards, 5 rushing touchdowns, 3,249 total yards, 27 total touchdowns, and 5 interceptions in 2025. Luke Altmyer was a quarterback that ended up with a potential grade of 90/99 meaning if you are patient with Altmyer and develop him, you can get a borderline Pro Bowl quarterback with the right coaching staff. Also, Kurt Warner proved Luke Altmyer could make all 6 progressions. Only Diego Pavia, Joey Aguilar, and Luke Altmyer have made all 6 progressions among the quarterbacks in the 2026 NFL Draft. Altmyer has the lowest ceiling of those 3, but he also has the least concerns of that trio too.

    Other Tampa Bay Buccaneers Selections

  17. Las Vegas Raiders: Harrison Wallace III, WR, Ole Miss

All of the cornerbacks with Pro Bowl upside are gone, so I don't think the Raiders can upgrade over Eric Stokes. There's two wide receivers with number one upside, but the odds of either player reaching their upside this late in the draft feel slim. I alrady gave the Las Vegas Raiders a long-term number one in Josh Cameron who couldd always end up as a number two if the Raiders end up drafting high enough for Jeremiah Smith or one of the top wide receivers in 2027.

The 5-11 192 lb Harrison Wallace III was the secondary wide receiver at Penn State, but he wanted to be a number one elsewhere so he transferreto Ole Miss. Harrison Wallace III had 61 receptions, 934 receiving yards, and showed he could run 21/30 routes on the route tree.

    Other Las Vegas Raiders Selections

  18. Detroit Lions: Matt Gulbin, C, Michigan State

Detroit drafts a center to push Cade Mays for the starting center job. Michigan State center Matt Gulbin impressed me a little bit more than Alabama center Parker Brailsford.

The 6-4 305 lb Matt Gulbin has the pass blocking, pass blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking, run blocking strength, run blocking footwork, and zone blocking you want in an NFL center. He was a former left guard at Wake forest before converting to center at Michigan State.

    Other Detroit Lions Selections

  19. Carolina Panthers: Parker Brailsford, C, Alabama

Carolina drafts a center that has the ability to be hiking the football to Bryce Young by the end of the year. Carolina lost both of their centers from last year in Austin Corbett and Cade Mays. You can honestly make an argument that Carolina's biggest need is at the center position.

The 6-4 289 lb Parker Brailsford has the pass blocking, pass blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking, run blocking footowrok, run blocking footwork, pancake blocking, and pull blocking stands out. I think his pass blocking strength and run blocking strength can be improved if he adds more muscle because while Brailsford was effective, he wasn't consistent. Brailsford has a higher ceiling than Luke Fortner, but he may have to start the rookie season behind Luke Fortner until he builds up some muscle. He doesn't get his hands on defenders consistently and pass blocking footwork is also inconsistent with Brailsford as there are plays where he is money, but there are also plays where he gets beat frequently where his feet look like they are trapped in quicksand which was why I moved Kadyn Proctor down to the late second with the quick releases of Jalen Milroe and Ty Simpson masking these deficiencis in his game. Brailsford still looks like the best center when it comes to just pancake blocking defenders by knocking them on their ass on passing plays and the best center in terms of pull blocking on running plays. Look elsewhere if you want a zone blocking center or a center that excels at cut blocking.

    Other Carolina Panthers Selections

  20. Green Bay Packers: Kevin Coleman Jr., WR, Missouri

Green Bay drafts a wide receiver in the fourth round. Right now Matthew Golden is the only wide receiver under contract in 2027. There are two wide receivers that I got a 90/99 grade on for potential left on the board in the fourth round as I start my writeup for the halfway point of the fourth round. Kevin Coleman Jr. out of Missouri and Zachariah Branch out of Georgia. I doubled up at cornerback with Green Bay's first two picks, so getting one of these two wide receivers in round 4 is a must.

The 5-11 189 lb Kevin Coleman Jr. played for four schools in four years. He started out at Jacksonville State where he struggled before emerging as a weapon for Shedeur Sanders in Jacksonville State's bowl game in 2022. Kevin Coleman Jr. struggled transitioning ot the FBS as a sophomore at Louisville. Kevin Coleman Jr. was the number one flanker wide receiver on Mississippi State as a junior in 2024. Kevn Coleman Jr. was the number one flanker wide receiver on Missouri during his senior season in 2025.

Kevin Coleman Jr. had 74 receptions, 932 receiving yards, and 6 receiving touchdowns at Mississippi State in 2024. Kevin Coleman Jr. had 66 receptions,, 732 receiving yards, and 1 receiving touchdown in 2025.

Kevin Coleman Jr. ran 21/30 routes on the route tree before going to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl. Kevin Coleman Jr. ran a 4.44 at the 2026 NFL Combine before improving on that witha 4.38 40-yard dash at MIssouri's 2026 Pro Day. If you want a wide receiver that takes handoff sweeps like Deebo Samuel in this draft, then Kevin Coleman Jr. is your man. His route tree isn't as skilled as Samuels was at South Carolina, but he's good enough to warrant a flyer on in the fourth round.

    Other Green Bay Packers Selections

  21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Rayshaun Benny, 3-4 RE, Michigan

Pittsburgh gets a defensive linemen. Rayshaun Benny is the best defensive tackle on the board and he has the tools to be successor to Cam Heyward.

The 6-3 298 lb Rayshaun Benny had 19 solo tackles, 16 assisted tackles, 35 total tackles, 3 tackles for a loss, 2 deflections from pass breakups, 2 quarterback hurries, and 1.5 sacks in 2025. Rayshaun Benny had a good week in the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl showcasing his pass rushing and run stuffing.

    Other Pittsburgh Steelers Selections

  22. Atlanta Falcons: Haynes King, QB, Georgia Tech

Atlanta has two quarterbacks with high ceilings in Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr. The problem is both are injury prone. Haynes King is a long-shot to reach his ceiling, but at the very worst, he can be a good short-term backup until Michael Penix Jr returns. You are gonna need one more young quarterback in this quarterback room with Tua Tagovailoa's concussion history.

The 6-2 212 lb Haynes King had 2,951 passing yards, 14 passing touchdowns, 953 rushing yards, 15 rushing touchdowns, 4,004 total yards, 29 total touchdowns, and 6 interceptions in 2025. Haynes King won 2025 ACC Player Of The Year over Miami FL quarterback Carson Beck. Haynes King is one of the better duel threat quarterbacks you can get on day 3 in this draft despite playing in a wishbone offense at Georgia Tech.

    Other Atlanta Falcons Selections

  23. Los Angeles Chargers: Zxavian Harris, NT, Ole Miss

Los Angeles drafts a nose tackle for depth behind Free Agent Dalvin Tomlinson. Ole Miss nose tackle Zxavian Harris makes a lot of sense here.

The 6-8 330 lb Zxavian Harris had 27 solo tackles, 31 assisted tackles, 58 total tackles, 9 tackles for a loss, 7 quarterback hurries, 3 sacks, 3 deflections from pass breeakups, and 1 kick/punt blocked in 2025. Zxavian Harris has upside to develop into a player with a max potential grade of 90;99, but right now he's raw. Run stuffing is his biggest strength and learning under a journeyman like Dalvin Tomlinson could do wonders for his game.

    Other Los Angeles Chargers Selections

  24. Jacksonville Jaguars: Nicholas Singleton, RB, Penn State

Jacksonville doubles up at running back. Minimizing Tuten is absolutely necessary if the Jaguars do not want to have a fall off in the AFC South. Nicholas Singleton was my second best running back back n August and is now the second running back that I've mocked to Jacksonville.

The 6-0 224 lb Nicholas Singleton had 156 carries, 1,061 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 11 receptions, 85 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 167 touches, 1,146 total yards, and 13 total touchdowns as a true freshman in 2022. Nicholas Singleton had 171 carries, 752 rushing yards, 8 rushing touchdowns, 26 receptions, 308 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 197 touches, 1,060 total yards, and 10 total touchdowns as a sophomore in 2023. Nicholas Singleton had 172 carries, 1,099 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 41 receptions, 375 receiving yards, 5 receiving touchdowns, 213 touches, 1,376 total yards, and 17 total touchdowns as a junior in 2024. Nicholas Singleton only had 123 carries, 549 rushing yards, 13 rushing touchdowns, 24 receptions, 219 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 147 touches, 768 total yards, and 14 total touchowns in 2025. Nicholas Singleton has the speed, pass catching, ball carrier vision, and pass blocking to make it in the NFL despite a down year at Penn State.

    Other Jacksonville Jaguars Selections

  25. New England Patrots: Aamil Wagner, RT, Notre Dame

Aamil Wagner has a much higher ceiling in terms of potential than someone like Max Ihenachor who didn't even make my top 260 with 257 players drafted. Ihenachor has great pass blocking and a nice floor, but his ceiling feels limited for me as Max Ihenachor maxed out at a 86/99 potential grade despite having the floor of a day 1 starter in the NFL right now. At the same time, Wagner is much rawer and so inconsistent despite getting a 90/99 potential grade. If I got 138 players with upside to be borderline Pro Bowl talents witha 90 potential grade or higher why in the hell would I mock Max Ihenachor to New England at any point as a New England Patriots fan. Now let me tell you why Elliott Wolf may pick Aamil Wagner instead.

The 6-6 306 lb Aamil Wagner has the pass blocking and run blocking you want. His pass blocking strength, pass blocking footwork, run blocking strength, and run blocking footwork, zone blocking, pull blocking, and pancake blocking are effective at times when he gets his hands on a defender with good footwork on assignments, yet extremely inconsistent to the point where you wonder how long it will take him to put everything together. While I do have a 90/99 for potential on Wagner I feel like he's a four year project. You are gonna have to have a ton of patience with Wagner. New England is a team that can gamble on Wagner with Morgan Moses being New England's starting right tackle.

    Other New England Patriots Selections

  26. Buffalo Bills: Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia

Buffalo drafts a wide receiver to push Josh Palmer for the slot receiver job. Zachariah Branch is the final wide receiver in this draft that can develop into a number one flanker wide receiver. With D.J. Moore and Khalil Shakir, Branch can just worry about being a slot receiver down the road. He can push Keon Coleman for the number four wide receiver spot in camp after Coleman, Buffalo's 2024 second round pick lost the trust of the Buffalo Bills organization. There's also an outside chance Branch beats out Palmer meaning Branch could be anywhere from wide receiver 5 to slot receiver on Buffalo this season. Most had Branch in day 2, but his arrest on Sunday Morning could drop him here.

The 5-10 180 lb Zachariah Branch had 81 receptions, 811 receiving yards, and 6 receiving touchdowns in 2025. Zachariah Branch only ran 20/30 routes on the route tree.

    Other Buffalo Bills Selections

  27. San Francisco 49ers: Kamari Ramsey, FS, USC

San Francisco gets a free safety with Ji'Ayir Brown in the final year of his rookie contract. Kamari Ramsey was a player that ended my pre draft process wth a 90/99 potential grade. I thought Brown could be a high end starter coming out of Penn State.

The 6-0 205 lb Kamari Ramsey had 18 solo tackles, 9 assisted tackles, 27 total tackles, 3 quarterback hurries, 2 deflections from pass breakups, and 1.5 tackles for a loss in 2025. Kamari Ramsey is a consensus top 50 playerin a lot of mocks. I gave Kamari Ramsey a C- in man coverage, an A+ in zone coverage, a C- in press coverage, a C- in run stuffing, a C- in pass rushing, and a C- in game speed. He's got a great football IQ, but his athletic traits are unspectacular. I do have a fourth round grade on him and he should develop into a starting NFL free safety. He's got a lot to fix though if he wants to reach his potential as a borderline Pro Bowl Free Safety.

    Other San Francisco 49ers Selections

  28. Detroit Lions: Blake Horvath, QB, Navy

Detroit drafts a quarterback to groom for the future. Jared Goff turns 32 in October and his backup Teddy Bridgewater is turning 34 in November. I only got one quarterback left on my board with a potential grade of 90/99. This quarterbacks floor isn't high, but his ceiling is if you are patient with him and let him develop. Also this quarterback is 22 so you can groom him to be a future backup possibly a future starting quarterback on the Detroit Lions. Also this quarterback is Navy quarterback Blake Horvath.

The 6-2 195 lb Blake Horvath had 1,580 passing yards, 12 passing touchdowns, 1,200 rushing yards, 16 rushing touchdowns, 2,780 total yards, 28 total touchdowns, and 6 interceptions. Blake Horvath ran a 4.47 40-yard dash and improved that with a 4.44 40-time at Navy's Pro Day. I saw Horvath go through 5/6 progressions too while watching his tape as a passer and he's an incredible runner too. Horvath may be a long-shot to get drafted, but I genuienly believe this is Navy's best quarterback since Roger Staubach. That and his 3.53 GPA are enough for me to want to roll the dice on him in the fourth round.

    Other Detroit Lions Selections

  29. Chicago Bears: Anthony Hankerson, RB, Oregon State

Both D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson are in contract years. Chicago should consider drafting a change of pace running back to compliment Kyle Monangai if his ceiling is high enough. I had 138 total players with a 90 overall potential or higher and Oregon State running back Anthony Hankerson is one of those players.

The 5-8 205 lb Anthony Hankerson had 232 carries, 1,082 rushing yards, and 15 rushing touchdowns at Oregon State in 2024. Athony Hankerson had 247 carries, 1,086 rushing yards, and 9 rushing touchdowns in 2025. He's mainly a downhill runner. He posted 22 and 27 receptions the last two years as a pass catcher, but never reached the endzone to record a receiving touchdown. He didn't fumble the ball either displaying incredible ball security despite his size.

    Other Chicago Bears Selections

  30. Miami Dolphins: Jalen Huskey, SS, Maryland

Miami drafts a guy that could be a day 1 starter at strong safety. Maryland strong safety Jalen Huskey makes a ton of sense here.

The 6-1 196 lb Jalen Huskey had 58 solo tackles, 14 assisted tackles, 72 total tackles, 4 interceptions, 3 deflections from pass breakups, and 1.5 tackles for a loss in 2025. I gave Jalen Huskey a A grade in man coverage, an A+ grade in zone coverage, and a D grade in press coverage. Pressing is more of a cornerback responsibility anyways. He can play in cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4. The versatility to play strong safety and free safety is there.

    Other Miami Dolphins Selections

  31. New England Patriots: Xavier Nwankpa, FS, Iowa

New England drafts a safety for depth behind strong safety Craig Woodson and free safety Kevin Byard. Iowa safety Xavier Nwankpa has been on my radar for a couple of years now. He played strong safety next to free safety Sebastian Castro in 2024. He moved to free safety in 2025 and has the versatility to play multiple safety roles. I got a 90/99 potential on Xavier Nwankpa.

The 6-2 208 lb Xavier Nwankpa had 50 solo tackles, 26 assisted tackles, 76 total tackles, 1 interception, 1 quarterback hurry, and 2 forced fumbles in 2025. Nwankpa had a down year in terms of production compared to previous seasons, but still got invited to the 2026 NFL Combne. I gave Xavier Nwankpa a B grade in man coverage, an A+ in zone coverage, a C in press coverage, an A+ in run stuffing, and an A+ in pass rushing after he forced Fernando Mendoza to throw a interception off a blitz. New England doesn't need Nwaknpa to start this year if Woodson and Byard stay healthy. They just need him to develop behind both safeties because he's good enough to develop into a long-term starter like Craig Woodson did last year if Byard gets injured.

    Other New England Patriots Selections

  32. New Orleans Saints: Alex Tecza, FB, Navy

New Orleans uses this fourth round pick from Seattle to get the top fullback in the entire 2026 NFL Draft. That would be Navy fullback Alex Tecza from Mt. Lebanon.

The 5-11 199 lb Alex Tecza played fullback at Navy despite having the size of an NFL running back. Alex Tecza had 158 carries, 902 rushing yards, 13 receptions, 125 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown, 171 touches, 1,027 total yards, and 11 total touchdowns at Navy in 2025. Alex Tecza has the speed, pass catching, vision, and pass blocking you want in a fullback. He pancaked a 300 lb defensive tackle on Cincinnati in his bowl game and I honestly believe this guy would be in the running to be a day 2 pick if he did that to Cincinnati defensive tackle Dontay Corleone "The Godfather". I'm pretty sure Corleone opted out of his bowl game though. This is the first fullback since Lawrence Vickers twenty years ago back in 2006 to get a Pro Bowl grade from me in terms of potential. Regardless of whether you feel Tecza is a running back or a fullback at the next level, this guy deserves an chance to compete for an opportunity to play on an NFL team since he's the only fullback that is in my top 257.

    Other New Orleans Saints Selections

  33. San Francisco 49ers: Demond Claiborne, RB, Wake Forest

San Francisco gets pick 133 in the fourth round for losing left guard Aaron Banks. Aaron Banks signed with Green Bay in Free Agency last year.

There are three running backs with a 90/99 potential still on the board. Getting one to push Jordan James and Isaac Guerrendo feels necessary.

The 5-9 188 lb Demond Claiborne had 228 carries, 1,049 rushing yards, 11 rushing touchdowns, 23 receptions, 254 receiving yards, 2 receiving touchdowns, 251 touches, 1,303 total yards, and 13 total touchdowns in 2024. Demond Claiborne had 179 carries, 907 rushing yards, 10 rushing touchdowns, 28 receptions, 140 receiving yards, 0 receiving touchdowns, 207 touches, 1,047 total yards, and 10 total touchdowns in 2025. Demond Claibore does have a higher ceiling than both Jordan James and Isaac Guerrendo. He did have 7 fumbles, 4 fumbles lost, and is smaller than advertised. He does have experience as a kick returner on special teams as Claiborne is one of a handful of running backs with a 90 potential grade still on my big board.

    Other San Francisco 49ers Selections

  34. Las Vegas Raiders: Nick Andersen, FS, Wake Forest

Las Vegas gets compensation pick 134 due to Trevon Moehrig signing with the Carolina Panthers at strong safety. Las Vegas already signed Jeremy Chinn on the first day of 2026 Free Agency to be the new starting strong safety. A free safety is needed next to Chinn and there's a couple of safeties with Pro Bowl upside still on the board. Wake Forest free safety Nick Andersen makes the most logistical sense here giving the Las Vegas Raiders secondary a day 1 starter with all of the cornerbacks with Pro Bowl ceilings off the board as Nick Andersen would compliment Jeremy Chinn at strong safety. Doubling up at wide receiver in the fourth round gives the Raiders the flexibility to take the best wide receiver or cornerback on their board in the first round of the 2027 NFL Draft.

The 5-10 195 lb Nick Andersen had 47 solo tackles, 59 assisted tackles, 106 total tackles, 7 deflections from pass breakups, 6.5 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, and 1 blocked kick/punt in 2025. I gave Nick Andersen an A grade in man coverage, an A+ in zone coverage, and a C- in press coverage. Nick Andersen can play in a cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, and cover 4 defense.

    Other Las Vegas Raiders Selections

  35. Pittsburgh Steelers: Taurean York, 3-4 ROLB, Texas A&M

Pittsburgh got this compensation pick at 135 for losing quarterback Justin Fields who signed with the New York Jets last year. I'm looking at a linebacker and running back on Texas A&M. The linebacker is younger, a team captain, and has the versatility to play on the edge or inside as a mike linebacker with both players having a 90/99 potential grade.

Texas A&M linebacker Taurean York has the versatility to play 4-3 right outside linebacker, 4-3 middle linebacker, 4-3 left outside linebacker, 3-4 right outside linebacker, 3-4 middle linebacker, and 3-4 left outside linebacker. Not only does he have a high ceiling, you can argue he's the most versatile linebacker in this entire draft. Even though the Steelers are deep at both 3-4 outside linebacker off the edge and 3-4 middle linebacker, finding a linebacker this versatile isn't easy.

The 5-10 232 lb Taurean York had 32 solo tackles, 41 assisted tackles, 73 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss, 5 quarterback hurries, 3 deflections from pass breakups, and 1 sack in 2025. Taurean York is a great run stuffer coverage linebacker with exceptional versatility. I have him listed as a right outside linebacker since that's his natural position, but he could easily move inside if that is where a team feels he fits better.

    Other Pittsburgh Steelers Selections

  36. New Orleans Saints: Le'Veon Moss, RB, Texas A&M

New Orleans got pick 136 after losing field cornerback Paulson Adebo to the New York Giants. New Orleans was dead last in rushing yards. Both Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller enter contract years. Drafting a running back here isn't a major need with Travis Etienne, Alvin Kamara, and Devin Neal under contract, but there's two running backs with Pro Bowl ceilings still on the board. If you are New Orleans you owe it to yourself to get one of those guys. This gives you all the leverage in Alvin Kamara's contract negotiations too if the New Orleans Saints organization wants to move on from Kamara whose stated numerous times he wants to retire a Saint.

The 5-11 211 lb Le'Veon Moss had 121 carries, 765 rushing yards, and 10 rushing touchdowns in 2024. Le'Veon Moss had 77 carries, 404 rushing yards, and 6 rushing touchdowns in 2025. Le'Veon Moss has the speed you want, but he has no receving touchdowns. He has 0 fumbles in his career too.

    Other New Orleans Saints Selections

  37. Philadelphia Eagles: Jamal Haynes, RB, Georgia Tech

Philadelphia got this compensation pick at 137 after Josh Sweat left the Philadelphia Eagles to sign with the Arizona Cardinals last offseason. I got three players with Pro Bowl upside still on the board, a strong safety, a 4-3 outside linebacker, and a running back. The running back could push everyone outside of Saquon Barkley giving Howie Roseman the flexibility to move Tank Bigsby for more picks as well as the ability to cut Dameon Pierce who went from Texans running back to Eagles fourth string running back.

Philadelphia drafts a running back here. Jamal Haynes dominated his freshman season with over 1,000 rushing yards, but regressed as sophomore and got worse in his draft year as a junior in terms of porduction.

The 5-9 207 lb Jamal Haynes gained 17 lbs of muscle to go up from 190 to 207 lbs. He ran a 4.51 40-yard dash, had a 21 reps n the bench press, and a 36 inch vertical with a strong performance at Georgia Tech's Pro Day. He will be able to learn the playbook quickly despite his size.

    Other Philadelphia Eagles Selections

  38. San Francisco 49ers: Jake Golday, LOLB, Cincinnati

San Francisco gets pick 138 in the fourth round for losing cornerback Charvarius Ward. Charvarius Ward signed with the Indianapolis Colts in 2025.

The 6-4 240 lb Jake Golday had 39 solo tackles, 66 assisted tackles, 105 total tackles, 6 tackles for a loss, 3.5 sacks, 3 deflectons from pass breakups, 2 quarterback hurries, and 1 forced fumble in 2025. Jake Golday has the versatility to play 4-3 right outside linebacker, 4-3 middle linebacker, and 4-3 left outside linebacker with the SAM linebacker role being his natural position. He is good enough to beat out Dee Winters for the left outside linebacker job. When San Francisco runs a nickel package, Golday can be Dre Greenlaw's backup and Dee Winters can be Fred Warner's backup. Jake Golday has the run stuffing and coverage you want in a linebacker to be a day 1 starter as he is one of my final two players with a 90/99 potential grade on my board.

    Other San Francisco 49ers Selections

  39. San Francisco 49ers: Dalton Johnson, SS, Arizona

San Francisco gets pick 139 in the fourth round for losing strong safety Talanoa Hufanga. Hufanga signed with the Denver Broncos in Free Agency, but San Francisco ends up drafting a strong safety that is the final player on my draft board with Pro Bowl upside. This allows the Jets to wrap up the fourth round with a need before actually taking positional value into account for the final 3 rounds. I got players with high end starter grades in rounds 5-7 of what may be the deepest draft I've ever scouted.

The 5-10 192 lb Dalton Johnson had 48 solo tackles, 49 assisted tackles, 97 total tackles, 7 delections from pass breakups, 2 tackles for a loss, 1 sack, and 1 forced fumble in 2025. I gave Dalton Johnson an A grade in man coverage, an A+ grade in zone coverage, and an A- in press coverage. Dalton Johnson can play in a cover 0, cover 1, cover 2, cover 3, or cover 4 defense. He's versatile enough to play both strong safety and free safety with strong safety being his natural position.

I don't remember if I had a starter or backup grade on Malik Mustapha coming out of Wake Forest, but I know I didn't have a Pro Bowl potential grade on Mustapha which is what I got on Dalton Johnson. Dalton Johnson blew me away on tape to the point where I'm asking myself if Mustapha is a scrub compared to Johnson. Malik isn't bad. Dalton Johnson is just that damn good.

Honestly John Lynch can justify drafting Dalton Johnson and giving the remaining tight ends in the 2026 NFL Draft the middle finger with his final pick in this draft unless he wants to trade a 2027 day 3 pick in rounds 5-7 for more picks this year. The best tight end left on the board is Baylor's Michael Trigg. I got an 89 for potential on him with him ranked 143rd on my big board and if every player with a 90 potential goes in the first 138 picks I got zero issue with Trigg here at 139 if that's the guy you want to draft from a talent standpoint. Trigg also got dismissed from two colleges prior to enrolling at Baylor, so teams may pass on Trigg based on that alone. Texas Tech tight end Terrance Carter Jr. is better than any tight end left on the board in the 2026 NFL Draft if you miss out on Kenyon Sadiq, Eli Stowers my other round 1 tight end not named Sadiq, Justin Joly my only second round tight end, or Tanner Kozoil whose a reach before the third round with Terrance Carter Jr. being my early favorite for TE1 in the 2027 NFL Draft as I got a 91/99 potential grade on Carter at the moment based on his 2025 College Football tape. With Texas Tech wide receivers Reggie Virgil and Caleb Douglas going to the NFL, Terrance Carter Jr. could have a Kyle Pitts type ascenion this Fall.

San Francisco also has $30 million in cap space and can go out and sign David Njoku if they cannot land a tight end in this draft. David Njoku has a market value of $10 million dollars and he and his agent are hell bent on getting $13 million after the Chiefs brought back Kelce for $12 million and after Philadelphia re-signed Dallas Goedert for only $7 million. That explains why Njoku is still on the market when taking his injury history into account as well. That's why I would make the argument for drafting six players with Pro Bowl upside when there are 138 total players in this draft with Pro Bowl ceilings if they get the right coaching and development. There's really not a lot of urgency for Lynch to draft a tight end unless you have under $20 million in cap space. The 49ers are not cash strapped in cap space like the Buffalo Bills.

This draft will be chatoic as I got at least 269 players with a 87/99 potential grade that excludes guys like Max Ihenachor, Jaishawn Barham, Chase Bisnostis, and Colton Hood that are gaining traction as potential first round picks but I got an 86 on those guys and anything above an 85 is an NFL starter grade for me. Those guys could be high end starters, but I don't see them becoming Pro Bowl caliber talents either.

    Other San Francisco 49ers Selections

  40. New York Jets: Ja'Kobi Lane, WR, USC

New York gets pick 140 after losing boundary cornerback D.J. Reed to the Detroit Lions. New York had a great cornerback tandem of Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner and D.J. Reed in 2024, but now neither guy is on the Jets entering 2026.

Now that every player with a Pro Bowl grade in my draft simulator is off the board, I'm at the point where I will put more stock into individual team visits. The top two players left on my board are Ja'Kobi Lane and Germie Bernard. Either could be a great number two wide receiver next to Garrett Wilson. Lane is a year younger than Bernard and he's already met with the New York Jets multiple times at the 2026 NFL Combine and at USC's Pro Day.

The 6-4 200 lb Ja'Kobi Lane had 43 receptions, 525 receiving yards, and 12 receiving touchdowns in 2024. Ja'Kobi Lane had 49 receptions, 745 receving yards, and 4 receiving touchdowns in 2025. Ja'Kobi Lane ran 18/30 routes on the route tree when watching him at USC. He never reached 50 receptions or 750 receiving yards during his three years at USC. He's raw, but could develop into a number two wide receiver. He doesn't have the burst and twich of a number one target, but as long as the New York Jets have a healthy Garrett Wilson, Lane doesn't have to worry about being a number one target.
