2026 NBA Mock Draft: Final Mock 2 Rounds

Round 1 Picks 16-30

Chris Ransom follow @DraftUtopia Last Updated: June 24, 2026.

  1. Memphis Grizzlies: Cameron Carr, SG, Baylor

Phoenix traded their 2026 first round pick to Memphis. Phoenix only gets to keep this pick if it is top four protected.

The Memphis Grizzlies have a good starting five. They can use this pick on the best player available to bolster their bench. Baylor shooting guard Cameron Carr makes a ton of sense here.

The 6-4 184 lb Cameron Carr had 18.9 points per game, 5.8 rebounds per game, 2.6 assists per game, 1.3 blocks per game, a 49.4% field goal percentage, a 37.4% three point percentage, and a 80.1 free throw percentage as a sophomore redshirt in 2025-2026.

Cameron Carr has the short range, medium range, and long range you want in a shooting guard. His defense is not good though. He was a consistent scorer at Baylor and if you can fix his defense, his ceiling might be higher than Memphis Grizzlies starting shooting guard Desmond Bane.

Previous Pick: Chris Cenac Jr., C, Houston

  2. Oklahoma City Thunder: Hannes Steinbach, PF, Washington

I gave Oklahoma City Nate Ament for depth at small forward at 12 behind Jalen Williams. If Oklahoma City goes that route, I expect their second first round pick to be a power forward for depth behind Chet Holmgren. Hannes Steinbach is a power forward that checks off a lot of boxes, but is also considered a tweener since he lacks the size of a rim-protecting center playing the five, but also lacks the explosive permiter speed of a 4 at power forward. There's only 1 6-10 forward left in the 2026 NBA Draft, that's Washington power forward Hannes Steinbach. The fact that he's the only 6-10 power forward left in the entire 2026 NBA Draft that averages over 10 points per game does drive his value up to the point where he's pretty much guaranteed a spot in the top 20. I cannot see Oklahoma City passing on Hannes Steinbach at 17 if they take Nate Ament over Yaxel Lendeborg at 12.

The 6-10 248 lb Hannes Steinbach had 18.5 points per game, 11.8 rebounds per game, 1.6 assists per game, 1.2 blocks per game, 1.1 steals per game, a 57.7% field goal percentage, a 34% three point percentage, and a 75.9% free throw percentage as a true freshman in 2025-2026. Hannes Steinbach looked like a pretty complete power forward when I watched his tape depsite lacking the athletic traits that wow you.

Hannes Steinbach can shoot from short range, medium range, and long range. Hannes Steinbach can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center. He's also a great passer that can get the ball to

Previous Pick: Darius Acuff Jr., PG, Arkansas

  3. Charlotte Hornets: Chris Cenac Jr., C, Houston

Charlotte gets a center to round out their starting five and the final piece of their puzzle. There are only two centers left in this draft that can shoot from short range, medium range, and long range. One of those centers is Houston freshman center Chris Cenac Jr. and the other center is Oregon senior Nate Bittle. Nate Bittle is a horrible defender and got invited to the 2026 NBA G-League Combine instead of the 2026 NBA Combine, so Chris Cenac Jr. wins out here by default. I got both Michigan center Aday Mara and North Carolina Henri Veesar in my top 11 overall of my 2026 NBA Draft Simulator with those two centers going in the lottery. Even with a rough freshman season at Houston, Chris Cenac Jr. still did enough to remain in the top twenty and Charlotte just needs to draft a center to round out their starting five.

The 6-10 239 lb Chris Cenac Jr. had 13.9 points per game, 10.2 rebounds per game, 1.7 assists per game, 1.9 steals per game, and 1.3 blocks per game as a junior leading Link High School to a third consecutive state title in 2023-2024. Chris Cenac Jr. had 12.1 points per game, 7.6 rebounds per game, 1.9 assists per game, 1.1 steals per game, and 1.4 steals per game as a senior at Link High School in 2024-2025. Chris Cenac Jr. had 9.5 points per game, 7.9 rebounds per game, 0.7 assists per game, a 48.5% field goal percentage, a 33.3% three point percentage, and a 62.1% free throw percentage as a freshman in 2025-2026.

Chris Cenac Jr. has elite short range shooting and elite blocking as a defender. He can make medium range and long range shots, but not consistently. He continued to show this at Houston which was his biggest question mark in high school. He can defend effectively at times, but he's inconsistent as a defender and did get beat in the tape I watched. Chris Cenac Jr. can defend all five positions whether it is the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, or the 5 at center.

Previous Pick: Nate Bittle, C, Oregon

  4. Toronto Raptors: Morez Johnson Jr., SF,Michigan

Toronto is gonna roll with Immanuel Quickley at point guard, RJ Barrett at shooting guard, Brandon Ingram at small forward, Scottie Barnes their 2021 first round pick at power forward, and Jakob Poeltl at center. Toront also has depth pieces such as Gradey Dick at shooitng guard, Ochai Agbaji as the backup small forward, Collin Murray-Boyles is the backup power forward, and Jonathan Mogbo is the backup center. Toronto has a lot of depth with backup point guard and possibly a small forward if both RJ Barrett and Brandon Ingram leaving next year beng the only weaknesses.

Toronto drafts the best player on their board for depth. Morez Johnson Jr. has lined up at the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center.

The 6-9 251 lb Morez Johnson Jr. had 13.1 points per game, 7.3 rebounds per game, 1.2 assists per game, 1.1 blocks per game, a 62.3% field goal percentage, a 34.3% three point percentage, and a 78.2% free throw percentage as a sophomore at Michigan in 2025-2026.

He's got the short range, medium range, and long range you want in a forward. He's got the versatility to play the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forwar, and the 5 at center. Morez Johnson Jr. can defend against the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center.

Previous Pick: Bennett Stirtz, PG, Iowa

  5. San Antonio Spurs: Allen Graves, PF, Santa Clara

The San Antonio Spurs have De'Aaron Fox at point guard, Stephon Castle their 2024 first round pick who won rookie of the year at shooting guard, Devin Vassell their 2020 first round pick at small forward, Julian Champagnie at power forward in a contract year next season, and Victor Wembanyama their first overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft as their starting center. Dylan Harper their 2025 first round pick drafted second overall is the backup point guard, Keldon Johnson their 2019 first round pick is the backup shootng guard, Carter Bryant their second 2025 first round pick is the backup small forward.

San Antonio should draft a power forward at 20. Santa Clara power forward Allen Graves makes a lot of sense here.

The 6-7 226 lb Allen Graves had 11.8 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game, 1.8 assists per game, a 51.2% field goal percentage, a 41.3% three point percentage, and a 75% free throw percentage in 2025-2026.

Allen Graves can shoot shots from short range, medium range, and long range. He can defend against the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center. Allen Graves is a top 20 prospect and makes a lot of sense for the San Antonio Spurs.

Previous Pick: Labaron Philon Jr., PG, Alabama

  6. Detroit Pistons: Bennett Stirtz, PG, Iowa

The Detroit Pistons have Cade Cunningham their first overall pick at point guard, Duncan Robinson at shooting guard, Ausar Thompson a 2023 first round pick at small forward whose arguably the best defender on this team outside of Cunningham, Isaiah Stewart at power forward even if Tobias Harris leaves, and Jalen Duren, their second 2022 first round pick at center. This gives Detroit the flexibility to get the best player available with a steady starting five.

The 6-2 186 lb Bennett Stirtz had 19.2 points per game, 4.3 rebounds per game, 5.7 assists per game, a 49.8% field goal percentage, a 39.5% three point percentage, and a 79.4% free throw percentage as a junior at Drake in 2024-2025. Bennett Stirtz guided Drake to an upset over Missouri in the first round of last years Men's Basketball tournament and now he transfers to Iowa. Benett Stirtz had 19.8 points per game, 2.6 rebounds per game, 4.4 assists per game, a 47.7% field goal percentage, a 35.8% three point percentage, and a 84.8% free throw percentage getting Iowa to the Elite 8 as a senior in 2025-2026.

He's got the short range, medium range, and long range you want in a point guard. Bennett Stirtz has the playmaking and passing handles you want in a point guard with a variety of passes. Bennett Stirtz can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center. He does not have a spectacular trait, but he does everything well for a point guard and at the very worst he's a high end backup point guard with the floor of Jimmer Fredette and the ceiling of Tyler Herro. He can definitely start for a team like the Detroit Pistons if Cade Cunningham gets injured again next season.

Previous Pick: Morez Johnson Jr., SF, Michigan

  7. Philadelphia 76ers: Koa Peat, PF, Arizona

Philadelphia has Tyrese Maxey their 2020 first round pick at point guard, VJ Edgecomb their 2025 first round pick at shooting guard, Paul George can play the 3 or the 4, but he's better at the 3, and Joel Embiid plays the 5 at center. Philadelphia drafts a true 4 at power forward as I argued it was the thing that kept the Philadelphia 76ers from making a deep run despite coming back to defeat the Boston Celtics in the first round. Arizona power forward Koa Peat makes a lot of sense here.

The 6-7 245 lb Koa Peat had 14.1 points per game, 5.6 rebounds per game, 2.6 assists per game, a 52.8% field goal percenage, a 35% three point percentage, and a 62.3% free throw percentage as a true freshman in 2025-2026. Koa Peat shoots and defends at a high level at power forward despite his weigh in at the 2026 NBA Combine.

Koa Peat can shoot from short range, medium range, or long range. Koa Peat can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center.

  8. Atlanta Hawks: Dailyn Swain, SG, Texas

Atlanta drafts a bench player that can be an eventual replacement to Nickeil Alexander-Walker at shooting guard. Dailyn Swain is a guy that has been mocked n the lottery in some mocks, but he fell to Atlanta at 23.

The 6-6 11 lb Dailyn Swain had 11.6 points per game, 5.5 rebounds per game, 2.6 assists per game, 1.6 steals per game, a 53.2% field goal percentage, a 25% three point percentage, and a 81.7% free throw percentage as a sophomore at Xavier in 2024-2025. Dailyn Swain transferred to Texas and had 17.3 points per game, 7.5 rebounds per game, 3.6 assists per game, 1.6 steals per game, a 54.2% field goal percentage, a 34.4% three point percentage, and a 81.5% free throw percentage at Texas in 2024-2025.

Dailyn Swain can shoot shots from short range, medium range, and long range. He can make shots from every range, but his shooting form is inconsistent. He is decent at passing, rebounding, and stealing. Dailyn Swain can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, and the 3 at small forward.

Previous Pick: Darrion Williams, SF, North Carolina State

  9. New York Knicks: Jayden Quaintance, C, Kentucky

The New York Knicks have Jalen Brunson at point guard, Josh Hart at shooting guard, Mikal Bridges at small forward, OG Anunoby at power forward, and Karl-Anthony Towns at center. The New York Knicks put together this starting five last year and have this starting lineup for the next three years which is why they will be the team to beat in the Eastern Conference from now until 2028. New York drafted Tyler Kolek for depth behind Jalen Brunson as a point guard in the 2025 NBA Draft year. This pick will either be a shooting guard or a center with Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns expected to be Free Agents at shooting guard and center in 2028.

The 6-9 253 lb Jayden Quaintance spent his freshman year at Arizona State and his sophomore season at Kentucky. He never averaged more than 10 points per game, but can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center.

Jayden Quaintance is exceptional defensively, but raw as f offensively. He's also coming off a season ending injury, but some think he's good enough to slip ito the lottery of the 2026 NBA Draft. If Jayden Quaintance makes it to the New York Knicks at 24, I don't think he would get past the Knicks because he would be in a great landing spot where he could learn under Karl-Anthony Towns and take over as the starting center in 2028.

  10. Los Angeles Lakers: Isaiah Evans, SF, Duke

The Los Angeles Lakers have Luka Doncic at point guard, Austin Reaves at shooting guard, Rui Hachimura at small forward, Lebron James at power forward, and DeAndre Ayton at center. Los Angeles drafts a small forward for the future here with Hachimura set to be a UFA.

The 6-5 186 lb Isaiah Evans had 15 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, 1.3 assists per game, a 43.3% field goal percentage, a 36.1% three point percentage, and a 86% free throw percentage as a sophomore in 2025-2026. Isaiah Evans had 10 games where he made 50 percent of his three point shots with the Duke Blue Devils. Duke was 10-0 in those ten contests where Evans hit 50 percent of his three point attempts this season.

Isaiah Evans can shoot from short range, medium range, or long range. He's a very good shooter. Isaiah Evans can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center. He has the shooting and defense to be a day 1 starter for an NBA team that drafts him. Evans two biggest areas of improvement are passing to teammates as a playmaker and making shots when defenders make contact and engage with him. I think the good outweighs the bad with Isaiah Evans since hes a capable passer with plenty of room for growth, but he's not the quickest decision maker either.

  11. Denver Nuggets: Alex Karaban, SF, Connecticut

The Denver Nuggets have Jamal Murray at point guard, Christian Braun at shooting guard, Cameron Johnson at small forward, Aaron Gordon at power forward, and Nikola Jokic at center. Denver has a good starting five, their next UFA among this starting five is Cameron Johnson, so the Denver Nuggets draft Connecticut small forward Alex Karaban as a bench player that can be groomed to be a future starter when Cameron Johnson's contract is up.

The 6-6 225 lb Alex Karaban had a 9.3 points per game, 4.5 rebounds per game, 1.7 assists per gae, a 47.6% field goal percentage, a 40.2% three point percentage, and a 80.9% free throw percentage as a freshman on Connecticut when they won the 2023 Mens Basketball Tournament in 2022-2023. Alex Karaban had 13.3 points per game, 5.1 rebounds per game, 1.5 rebounds per game, a 49.5% field goal percentage, a 37.9% three point percentage, and a 88.5% free throw percentage as a sophomore on a Connecticut team that repeated as 2024 Mens Basketball Tournament in 2024-2025. Alex Karaban had 14.3 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, 2.8 assists per game, a 43.8% field goal percentage, a 34.7% three point percentage, and a 82.8% free throw percentage as a junior in 2024-2025. Alex Karaban had 13.2 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, 2.4 assists per game, a 46.4% field goal percentage, a 37.4% three point percentage, and a 85.1% free throw percentage as a senior on a Connecticut team that lost the 2026 Men's Basketball Championship to Michigan in 2025-2026.

Alex Karaban can shoot from short range, medium range, and long range. He's also a great passer that passes like a point guard. He does need to improve his defense though.

  12. Boston Celtics: Nick Martinelli, SF, Northwestern

The Boston Celtics have Derrick White moving from shooting guard back to his original position where he played in college with the Colorado Buffaloes at point guard, Jaylen Brown their 2016 first round pick drafted third overall is at shooting guard, and Jayson Tatum their 2017 first round pick drafted third overall is at power forward, and Neemias Queta is their starting center. Boston needs a small forward to round out their starting five with Jaylen Brown moving to shooting guard. Northwestern small forward Nick Martinelli is one of the best prospects nobody is talking about and I think he could sneak into the late first round.

The 6-6 223 lb Nick Martinelli had 20.5 points per game, 6.2 rebounds per game, 1.7 assists per game, a 47.1% field goal percentage, a 33.3% three point percentage, ad a 72.8% free throw percentage as a junior in 2024-2025. Nick Martinelli had 23 points per game, 6.2 rebounds per game, 2 assists per game, a 51% field goal percentage, a 41.7% three point percentage, and a 80.9% free throw percentage as a senior in 2025-2026.

Nick Martinelli can shoot from short range, medium range, or long range. He passes like a playmaker. Nick Martinelli can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center. Nick Martinelli doesn't have the championship pedigree that someone like Alex Karaban has, but he did look better in what I saw on film espite Karaban beating him in a tournament game during his sophomore season.

  13. Minnesota Timberwolves: Christian Anderson, PG, Texas Tech

Minnesota has Anthony Edwards at shooting guard, Jaden McDaniels at small forward, Julius Randle at power forward, and Rudy Gobert at center. Minnesota traded Rob Dillingham to the Chicago Bulls for a point guard that's a UFA. That's why I gave Minnesota Texas Tech point guard Christian Anderson at 28.

The 6-0 180 lb Christian Anderson had 10.6 points per game, 3 rebounds per game, 2.2 assists per game, 1.2 steals per game, a 42.9% field goal percentage, a 38% three point percentage, and a 80.2% free throw percentage as a freshman in 2024-2025. Christian Anderson ha 18.5 points game, 3.6 rebounds per game, 7.4 assists per game, 1.5 steals per game, a 47.2% field goal percentage, a 41.5% three point percentage, and 80.5% free throw percentage as a sophomore in 2025-2026.

Christian Anderson has the shooting to make short range, medium range, and long range shots. Christian Anderson can generage assists with regular passes plus he is the best player at executing bounce passes in the 2026 NBA Draft. Christian Anderson can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center despite his size.

  14. Clevelannd Cavaliers: Ebuka Okorie, PG, Stanford

The Cleveland Cavaliers have James Harden at point guard, Donovan Mitchell at shooting guard, De'Andre Hunter at small forward, Evan Mobley at power forward, and Jarrett Allen at center. Nobody in this starting five is a UFA until 2027 which gives the Cleveland Cavaliers one more season to win the Eastern Conference. James Harden does have a player option and can opt out of his contract, so drafting a point guard makes the most logistical sense at 29 trading Darius Garland to get James Harden. Stanford point guard Ebuka Okorie makes the most sense here.

The 6-1 186 lb Ebuka Okorie had 23.2 points per game, 3.6 rebounds per game, 3.6 assists per game, a 46.5% field goal percentage, a 35.4% three point percentage, and a 83.2% free throw percentage as a freshman at Stanford in 2025-2026. Ebuka Okorie can hit shots from short range, medium range, and long range. Ebuka Okorie is a great passer. Ebuka Okorie can defend the 1 at point guard, the 2 at shooting guard, the 3 at small forward, the 4 at power forward, and the 5 at center.

  15. Dallas Mavericks: Jaden Bradley, PG, Arizona

The Dallas Mavericks draft a point guard that can be groomed behind Kyrie Irving for depth. Arizona point guard Jaden Bradley akes a lot of sense here.

The 6-2 201 lb Jaden Bradley had 12.1 points per game, 3.4 rebounds per game, 3.7 assists per game, a 46.7% field goal percentage, a 32.1% three point percentage, and a 82.7% free throw percentage as a junior in 2024-2025. Jaden Bradley had 13.3 points per game, 3.4 rebounds per game, 4.4 assists per game, a 46.3 field goal percentage, a 39.4% three point percentage, and a 80.9% free throw percentage as a senior helping Arizona get to the 2026 Final 4 in 2025-2026.

Jaden Bradley can shoot shots from short range, medium range, and long range. His other biggest strength is his playmaking. Jaden Bradley is a great passer who can get the ball to his teammates. He needs to improve his defense, but learning under Kyrie Irving for a year should help him in that department assuming Irving sticks around. I do't see Dallas moving Kyrie Irving unless they get another first round pick back giving them three first round picks in this years draft.

Previous Pick: Milos Uzan, PG, Houston
